Accommodation description

Olimpia House is located in the small village of Mola Kaliva, on the western coast of Kassandra. The city beach with fine gravel and sun loungers and umbrellas within the beach bar is situated at a distance of 190m.

Offered is a maisonette on two levels designed to accommodate up to four adults and one child. The accommodation is accessed from the first-floor level where the living room with a kitchen is located. An internal staircase leads to the ground floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom that is situated directly under the staircase. One bedroom contains a double bed, the other bedroom contains a sofa bed for two people and the living room has a smaller sofa bed for two.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot can be added.

Within this air-conditioned maisonette, with a cooling unit only in the living room, guests have at their disposal a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine.

Guests can spend warm summer days on a veranda and a balcony equipped with seating sets.

Guests can enjoy the natural shade within the fenced yard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units and change of towels and bed linen is done once a week. A clean set of towels and bed linen can be provided at any time upon request.

Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation.

Thessaloniki International Airport is 95km away, while the towns of Nea Skioni and Possidi are 7km away.

The apartment is comfortable. From the upper terrace there is a partial view of the sea. The owner is very kind and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The bathroom is small, as shown in the pictures, but everything works. My only complaint was that the pull-out bed has a very poor mattress, and that was the only drawback of the apartment. Although my daughter complained about the firm pillows, that is a matter of habit. As for the beach, it is a three-minute walk away, but in my opinion it is not suitable for swimming; there are sea urchins and a rocky access. However, at the beginning and end of the town there are two beautiful beaches, so if you are driving, it takes about five minutes.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
