** Liogerma Apartments are located about 2.5km from the fantastic Kathisma Beach. It has four-bed apartments and six-bed duplex apartments. Guests can use the beautifully landscaped courtyard with seating kits, shared barbecue and swimming pool with parasols and deck chairs. There is a private covered parking area for each vehicle. Wireless internet is available throughout the property. **
The property is about 3.5km away from the center of Agios Nikitas.
Liogerma Apartments consists of two identical houses and each has one six-bed duplex, measuring about 60m2 and one four-bed apartment (60m2).
The six-bed duplex apartments have a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
The four-bed apartment has a double bed in one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
If available, the whole house can be rented for 10 people or the whole building for up to 20 people.
All units have air conditioning, a television, a large kitchen with a stove and a large refrigerator, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace or veranda overlooking the sea.
Bed linen and towels are changed every third day while cleaning is done daily.

The accommodation is exceptional, with beautifully arranged and equipped apartments that are clean and maintained daily. The yard and pool are also in excellent condition. The owner is extremely helpful, available, and kind. The location is perfect for exploring the island, and since it is situated on a hill, the evenings are pleasant, not hot, and there are no mosquitoes. The view of the sunset is breathtaking!
