One of the most popular accommodations for LefkasVilla Rania Studios is located in Frini (Lefkas). It offers studios and apartments that can accommodate 2-5 people. It offers a spacious and very nicely landscaped courtyard with seating and dining sets, shared barbecue, children's playground, swimming pool (open from 25/6-30/9), children's pool area and private parking. Wireless internet is available throughout the property. It has a great value for money.
The Rania studios are about 750m from the beach, about 300m from the center of Frini and about 2km from Lefkas.
The nearest bakery and shop are about 150m away.
The facility has studios for 2-4 people, about 35m2 in size, with a double, single bed and extra bed (folding metal construction bed with a slightly thinner mattress) and one large apartment for up to 5 people, about 70m2 in size, with one double in a separate bedroom room and one double bed in the kitchen area, where an extra bed can be added.
All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen (two-ring hob, fridge with chamber), bathroom and terrace.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning are changed every fourth day.
Vila Rania is an ideal choice for families, couples and all travelers who want a good accommodation near Agios Ioannis beach at a reasonable price. We especially recommend it to families with small children because of the spacious and beautifully landscaped yard with swimming pool.

Rania Studios is built in a 3500m2 quite and green area. It is among an old olive grove, at the foot of the mountain, below the village Frini and the monastery of Faneromeni. It is only 1,5km away of Lefkada City.
There are 9 spacious double bed studios, 40m2 each, capable to accommodate up to 3 guests.
All studios are equipped with a double bed and it is possible to add an extra bed. The studios also have big wardrobe, bathroom, hair dryer, multi-kitchenette and the necessary equipment, fridge, table with 4 chairs, TV, air-condition, WiFi and balcony or veranda.
Our garden with flowers lies in front of all studios.
There are also 3 spacious triple bed studios, 40m2 each, capable to accommodate up to 4 guests.
All studios are equipped with a double bed, a single bed and it is possible to add an extra bed. The studios also have big wardrobe, bathroom, hair dryer, multi-kitchenette and the necessary equipment, fridge, table with 4 chairs, TV, air-condition, WiFi and balcony or veranda.

Also there is 1 spacious apartment, 85m2, capable to accommodate up to 6 guests.
The apartment is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and it is possible to add up to two extra beds.
The apartment also have big wardrobe, bathroom, hair dryer, multi kitchenette and the necessary equipment, fridge, table with 4 chairs, TV, air-condition, WiFi and veranda.
In front of the apartment there is a big veranda with view to the swimming pool and the surrounded green-full area.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je odlican, komforan, cist. Nalazi se na super lokaciji za obilazak plaza na zapadnoj obali ostrva. Sve je blizu, Lefkas je na par minuta kolima udaljen za vecernju setnju, dok je prelepo i vrlo prijatno uvece ostati u dvoristu, pokraj bazena. Veoma je mirno i ujutru i uvece. Za cistocu bih dala desetku, vlasnica je bas vredna i jako se trudi oko odrzavanja smestaja, dvorista i bazena, koji je da napomenem takodje veoma cist. Vlasnica je ljubazna i dostupna za sve sto je potrebno.

Lokacija smeštaja je malo zavučena, ali ništa čudno za Lefkadu, ako ne želite da budete smešteni pored puta, a mi smo to hteli da izbegnemo. Naš apartman je bio komforan oko 80kvadrata i nas petoro je bilo smešteno u njemu. Deca su imala svoju sobu, dok je naš bračni krevet bio u sobi sa kuhinjicom. Smeštaj je jako čist, svaki dan su iznosili djubre i pazili da nam nešto ne fali. Redovno menjanje posteljine i peškira. Terasa je bila ogromnaaa. Na svim prozorima su komarnici, dve klime. Rania vlasnica je jako ljubazna i sve pohvale za nju. Engleski slabo priča i razume, ali smo uspevali da se sporazumemo. Bazen je kasnio sa radom, ali zbog nekih tehničkih stvari. Dvorište je lepo uredjeno sa tušem pored bazena. Da se vratim na lokaciju, nama je ta lokacija odgovarala zbog blizine Milos plaže i Kathisma beach. Preporuka od srca za ovaj smeštaj.
