Positive aspects: The location is excellent, close to Lefkada and the city center. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to reach the center, and the accommodation is approximately 3 kilometers away. The pool and the accommodation are very clean. Negative aspects: There was no internet available; the signal was lacking, and we managed to catch internet for only about half an hour each day, which is not suitable for someone who needs to work; I had to go to a café every day. There was no oven in the kitchen, and the equipment was very poor; the pans were practically useless. Additionally, there were no basic supplies in the kitchen, such as a sponge for washing dishes or detergent. Naturally, there was no hairdryer, despite it being advertised. The accommodation is not 750 meters from the beach, but rather 3 kilometers away. The landlady also charged us extra for the tax on top of the accommodation price, which could be highlighted during the booking process so that guests have realistic expectations. There were an abnormal number of mosquitoes, and nothing was provided to combat them; while there were mosquito nets, it was impossible to sit outside in the evening due to the mosquitoes.

The accommodation is lovely, clean, and located in a peaceful area, with a pristine pool. Overall, I have no complaints; I would recommend it to everyone.

We had an excellent stay at Rania Studios. We were two families, each with two children. The studios were clean, spacious, with good wireless internet and a small kitchen that perfectly catered to our needs. The pool was modern, clean, and ideal for the kids who could hardly wait to use it and then dove into play :) The location is in the suburbs of Lefkada, close enough to the city center and all the supermarkets. The distance from Agios Nikitas is short, making the location excellent. Rania and her sister, along with the other staff, do a wonderful job managing the beautiful property with houses in a Mediterranean style, a well-kept lawn, and lovely trees. We had a fantastic stay and I recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Rania!

The accommodation is excellent, comfortable, and clean. It is situated in a perfect location for exploring the beaches on the western coast of the island. Everything is nearby, Lefkas is just a few minutes' drive away for an evening stroll, while it is beautiful and very pleasant to spend the evening in the courtyard by the pool. It is very peaceful both in the morning and in the evening. I would rate the cleanliness a ten; the owner is truly diligent and works hard to maintain the accommodation, courtyard, and pool, which, I must mention, is also very clean. The owner is friendly and available for anything you might need.

The location of the accommodation is somewhat tucked away, but that is not unusual for Lefkada if you prefer not to be situated by the road, which we wanted to avoid. Our apartment was comfortable, approximately 80 square meters, and accommodated the five of us. The children had their own room, while our double bed was in the room with the kitchenette. The accommodation was exceptionally clean; they took out the trash every day and ensured that we were not missing anything. Bed linens and towels were regularly changed. The terrace was enormous. All windows were fitted with screens, and there were two air conditioning units. Rania, the owner, was very kind and deserves all the praise. Her English was limited, but we managed to communicate. The pool was delayed in opening due to some technical issues. The yard was beautifully arranged with a shower next to the pool. Returning to the location, it suited us well due to its proximity to Milos beach and Kathisma beach. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

The overall impression of the Ranio studio is positive. It has more advantages than disadvantages. The courtyard is very nice and clean, the pool is warm and well-maintained, and the apartments are satisfactory. The drawbacks are the poor internet connection and the somewhat outdated bathroom.

The accommodation is located in the suburbs of Lefkada, so it is essential to use a car to reach the promenade in the city. It is situated on the way to Katisma, which is an advantage. The apartments are well-organized, with small buildings housing one apartment on the ground floor and another on the upper floor, ensuring a commendable level of privacy. The apartment was quite comfortable, featuring windows on two sides, and thanks to the breeze, it was perfectly pleasant - we didn't even use the air conditioning. The pool is of decent size and very well-maintained. Around the pool, in addition to the loungers, there are several tables with chairs, making it a very pleasant place to spend the evening. The apartment is cleaned regularly, but this is a service that could be improved. The furniture is generally okay, although one bed could have been classified as auxiliary. The bathroom is relatively small, particularly referring to the shower cabin, but this is more or less a general issue in Greece. The Wi-Fi is weak, but we managed somehow. The owner does not speak English, which is a handicap as communication is limited to the most basic matters. Nevertheless, these are minor complaints, and the price-quality ratio is quite favorable.

Excellent accommodation and a great starting point for exploring the island.

The studio is incredibly charming, spacious, clean, and airy, oriented on two sides, so we never had to use the air conditioning; natural ventilation did all the work. The owner is always present, speaks very little English, but we managed to communicate at a basic level. The studio is cleaned every four days, but we noticed that almost every day she empties the trash can and brings new toilet paper. The studio is located about 1.5 km from Lefkada and a ten-minute walk from Agios Ioannis beach, and walking is very easy; I see comments claiming it’s complicated to walk, but let me assure you it’s quite simple and safe. The location is excellent, as it allows easy access to the main road on the island, making it easy to reach any beach or town without any hassle. Everything is surrounded by olive groves, beautifully arranged, and peaceful. Every morning, we were awakened by a rooster, goats and sheep grazed around the olive groves, and hens scratched around in search of food, giving you the feeling of being in a rural area, yet close to Lefkada. For those who appreciate such an environment of peace and quiet, surrounded by olive trees, this is the perfect place. The internet worked well, stronger in the morning and at night, weaker during the day, but if someone is bothered by poor internet, they shouldn't come to the sea if they will constantly stare at their phone. The same goes for the owner; basic communication is sufficient, I didn't come for small talk with her, but rather to secure accommodation and to know how often the apartment is cleaned. Access by car is available from two sides; there is one partially gravelled section, but it’s only about ten meters. The streets are narrow, as is the case in most coastal settlements in Greece.
