Vila Rania Studios is situated in the village of Frini (Lefkas). It offers studios and apartments that can accommodate from 2-6 persons. Guests are provided with a spacious and beautifully arranged courtyard with seating and dining sets, a communal barbecue, children’s playground, pool (open from ²⁵⁄₆-³⁰⁄₉), children’s pool area, and private parking. It boasts an excellent value for money.

The property Rania is located around 500m from the beach, about 300m from the center of Frini village, and around 2km from Lefkada.

The nearest bakery and shop are approximately 150m away.

The accommodation offers studios for 2-4 persons, around 35m2 in size, with a double and single bed, and an extra bed (a foldable bed with a thinner mattress), as well as a large apartment for up to 5 persons, around 70m2 in size, with a double bed in a separate bedroom and another double bed in the kitchen area, additional bed can be added.

All accommodation units in the villa feature air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen (stove with two burners, fridge with freezer), bathroom, and a terrace.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Guests have access to private parking.

Vila Rania is an ideal choice for families, couples, and all travelers seeking good accommodation near Agios Ioannis Beach at a reasonable price. It is particularly recommended for families with young children due to the spacious and beautifully arranged courtyard with a pool.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
