Mola Breeze Apartment is located in the quiet seaside town of Mola Kaliva, on the west coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in the central part, 200 meters from the beach, it offers you a pleasant rest and relaxation.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It has a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there are two beds for one person each, which can be combined into one if the guests wish, while in the living room there is one sofa for two people.

Upon request, and within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.

In this air-conditioned apartment, free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board are at guests’ disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a standard stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.

This apartment has two private verandas, equipped with seating, one of them leads to a beautifully landscaped yard, where there is also a barbecue area.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done by the guests themselves. A replacement set of bed linen and towels is provided for a period of stay longer than five days.

A parking space is provided for accommodation guests in front of the building.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
