Armonia Studios is located approximately 2km from the renowned Kathisma Beach. It offers studios and apartments that can accommodate two to four persons. Guests are provided with private parking, internet, and reception services. It boasts an excellent position for exploring the beaches of the western coast.

The nearest store and bakery are situated 1km away in Agios Nikitas.

Villa Armonia has ten accommodation units - four two-bed studios and four studios with a capacity for a maximum of four people and one four-bed apartment each on the first floor and on the ground floor.

Two-bed studios (20m2) contain a double bed or two single beds (with the possibility of inserting an extra bed with a mattress of standard dimensions), studios for four people have a double and a single bed and, if necessary, an extra bed can be added, while the four-bed apartments (42m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and another double bed in the kitchen area.

All accommodation units in the villa are equipped with air conditioning, TV, kitchen (stove with two burners and a small fridge with a freezer compartment), bathroom with a hairdryer, and a terrace. Wireless internet is available in all rooms.

Daily cleaning is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days.

The property offers private parking.

The villa has a small reception available to guests throughout the day for any assistance and information.

The only complaint is the small shower cabin; everything else is perfect. Hygiene is at a commendable level.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
