Flo Apartment is located in the town of Nea Flogita, in the north of Halkidiki, 700m from the beach. This spacious and beautifully decorated accommodation provides everything you need for a comfortable holiday, combining comfort and a pleasant atmosphere ideal for relaxation and leisurely moments with your loved ones.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six adults and one child. It consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa for two people and an extra bed that can be added if needed.

The air-conditioned accommodation features a TV, ceiling fan, and a fully equipped kitchen with four hobs and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

From the enclosed veranda, equipped with seating furniture, guests can enjoy a view of the street. Guests can also enjoy barbecue preparation with family and friends.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linen is provided, and guests are responsible for changing them.

Private parking is available on site for guests.

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
