Our description
Nana Apartment is the accommodation at just 100m from the sandy beach in Kallithea, with a beautifully landscaped courtyard with shaded seating area in front and behind. This spacious duplex apartment is located in a quiet environment and very close to the center and the promenade, so evening facilities are easily accessible.
The center, as well as the nearest supermarket and bakery, are about 250m away, while the nearest restaurant (Delfini Tavern) is at just 30m.
The apartment (75m2) is suitable for 5-6 people. The first bedroom has one double bed and air conditioning, while the second has three single beds with the possibility of adding one auxiliary bed. The living room has two sofa beds, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, large fridge and electric kettle, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower and curtain. The terrace and veranda have awnings.
Guests can also use a washing machine, internet, barbecue, tumble dryer and faucet. Hairdryer is available on request.
The owners leave a set of bed linen and towels for the guests, and the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment during a stay.
From the front terrace, you can see the sea, partially obscured by the object in front. A stone path leads to the arranged beach. More about nearby beaches read here.
They have no private parking, so you can park your vehicle close by.
Nana Apartment is an excellent choice for larger families looking for comfortable accommodation close to the beach and all the amenities Kallithea has to offer.

Owner description
Nana Apartment is located one minute from the beach (100m) and only a 5-minute on foot from the city center (300m), shopping places and all other things you need.
The house is spacious and airy and accommodates five people in two bedrooms with one double i.e. three single beds. There's also a large living room with a TV, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. Double bedroom and a living room are air-conditioned.
There's a garden behind the house, separated by a stone path. In front of the house, there's a place for relaxation with table and bamboo lounge.
A big advantage of the accommodation is the peaceful area in front of the sea and the proximity to the center of Kallithea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ovo je porodični dvosoban stan sa ogromnom kuhinjom, trpezarijom i dnevnom sobom. Imali smo osećaj kao da smo kod kuće, a plaža nam je ispred nosa. U dvorištu je drvo masline i uređen travnjak, hladovina je sa obe strane, topla voda i dobar pritisak, smeštaj je bukvalno kao da ste kod kuće, sve je na dohvat ruke, centar grada je na 3 minuta, sa parkingom nikakav problem nismo imali, odmah smo našli mesto pored stana i to u hladovini za dva automobila. Vlasnica stana, gospođa Nana je posebno ljubazna i predusretljiva žena, stan je čist, raspolaže svim sredstvima potrebnim za higijenu i pravljenje hrane. Sve kao što piše. Sve pohvale za Nana apartment i Nikana tim!

Lokacija smeštaja je odlična, mirno je i zaista blizu plaže što je za Kaliteu veoma retko. Apartman je komforan, čist i potpuno opremljen.
