Nana Apartment is the accommodation at just 100m from the sandy beach in Kallithea, with a beautifully landscaped courtyard with shaded seating area in front and behind. This spacious duplex apartment is located in a quiet environment and very close to the center and the promenade, so evening facilities are easily accessible.

The center, as well as the nearest supermarket and bakery, are about 250m away, while the nearest restaurant (Delfini Tavern) is at just 30m.

The apartment (75m2) is suitable for 5-6 people. The first bedroom has one double bed and air conditioning, while the second has three single beds with the possibility of adding one auxiliary bed. The living room has two sofa beds, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, large fridge and electric kettle, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower and curtain. The terrace and veranda have awnings.

Guests can also use a washing machine, internet, barbecue, tumble dryer and faucet. Hairdryer is available on request.

The owners leave a set of bed linen and towels for the guests, and the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment during a stay.

They have no private parking, so you can park your vehicle close by.

Nana Apartment is an excellent choice for larger families looking for comfortable accommodation close to the beach and all the amenities Kallithea has to offer.

We are extremely satisfied; the apartment is fully equipped, cleanliness deserves a rating of 10, it has a washing machine, and the beds are very comfortable.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
