Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

One of the most popular accommodations for PsakoudiaGiannis Maria Apartments in Psakoudia is an excellent choice for guests looking for accommodation on a quiet location along the beach. The city center is only 300m away, and they offer air-conditioned, comfortable and well-equipped studios for two persons and apartments for 3-4 persons. Most of the accommodation units have a fantastic sea view, and guests can use sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach free of charge. Wireless internet is available everywhere.
The accommodation is located the first row to the sea at the entrance to Psakoudia. Although on a quiet location - it's at about 300m from the city center, shops and all amenities. The stairs lead down to the sandy beach, without stones.
Of the 17 double studios, triple and quadruple apartments - 16 have a sea view, and one quadruple apartment overlooks the courtyard.
Double studios (24m2) consist of two single beds and the kitchen is half-separated by wall. Triple apartments (30m2) have a separate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a single bed and a kitchen. Quadruple apartments (40m2) have a separate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two single beds and a kitchen.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have a large terrace, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets and equipped kitchen (fridge, hotplates and coffee maker), and the bathroom has a shower tray with curtain. Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is performed after four days.
There is a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a lot of shade, built-in barbecue and seating sets. Sunbeds and beach umbrellas are available free of charge.
There is no private parking, but in front of the building there is plenty of parking space.
After turning off the main road from the direction of Gerakini (about 190m after the beach and the Kaloeros bar), turn to the right, after 317m turn left and drive for another 60m downhill towards the accommodation.
If you want to spend your vacation in a peaceful environment and in a decent accommodation right on the beach - Giannis Maria Apartments can be a good choice for you.

Trazimo smestaj na mesec dana, period 16.Jun-14.Jul, par dana gore dole. Bracni par sa cerkicom koja ce imati 10 meseci kada budemo dolazili. Potreban nam je apartman sa odvojenom spavacom sobom

Zainteresovani smo za trokrevetni apartman za period od 26.7 do 7.7,i pise da je dostupan. Posto putujemo sa bebom značila bi mi informacija na kom je spratu smešaj da nema veliki broj stepenika zbog kolica i fotografije tog apartmana ako imate. VELIKO HVALA
