Description
Sunrise Studio is an ideal option for all those looking for the accommodation in a small village, such as Skala Kalirachi. The house is located right by the sea, so guests can enjoy in the beautiful view every day.
Accommodation is located on the beach and guests are provided with deck chairs that can be used. On the beach there are stones and rocks. The nearest shop is located in the center of the village, at a distance of 1.6km.
The house offers one studio of smaller size, which can accommodate up to three people. Within the room there are one double and one single bed. The kitchen is equipped and has a small refrigerator, hot plates, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Shower in the bathroom is not fenced. The terrace is spacious and has a beautiful sea view.
Studio has air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets and internet access.
Guests take care of the hygiene of the studio on their own, and upon arrival at the accommodation they receive a sufficient amount of towels and bed linen, which they change themselves.
Parking space is provided for the guests.
Coming from Prinos, you will see your accommodation on the right side of the road, at a distance of about 1.5km after passing the center of Skala Kalirachi.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovana, ranijem periodu koristili smo Vase usluge za koriscenje objekta BELOV. Molio bih Vas za informaciju da li ima slobodnih smestajnih kapaciteta u objektu :Pefkari Beach Studios Albatros; Sunrise Studio ; Kalalas Studios skala rachoni; u periodu od 15.avgusta do 1. septembra u trajanju od 10 nocenja za tri osobe i koje su cene.
