Hotel Description

Kiwi Hotel is an accommodation about 70m away from the beautiful beach in Nea Fokea. It has accommodation units for 2-4 people.

The nearest market and bakery are about 200m away. The central square is about 400m away.

There is a double, triple and quadruple rooms in offer.

Double rooms have a double bed or two joined single beds, while triple rooms have a double bed (or two joined single beds) and a sofa for one adult. The four-bed rooms have a double bed, that is, two joined single beds and a single bed and a sofa for one person or two sofas for one person.

Accommodation units are located on the ground floor, first and second floors. The hotel has an elevator, so it is suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a mosquito nets, a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, internet, a small fridge with a freezer compartment and a kettle. Complete cutlery and a sink are available to guests, but the accommodation units are not equipped for preparing meals.

All units have terraces facing the sea (some rooms have direct sea view and some have side sea view). As the building is located on a hill, the terrace offers a beautiful view.

Guests have access to a large swimming pool with deckchairs and a safe at the reception.

A baby cot is available on request and this service is included in the price.

Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every three days.

There is a laundry in the hotel, which is available to guests for an additional fee.

Parking is possible in front of the accommodation, in the surrounding streets and in the public parking lot nearby, but the accommodation does not offer guests a guaranteed parking space.

Kiwi Hotel is a good choice for everyone who wants to spend their vacation in a smaller place, and all facilities are only a short walk away. The accommodation is impeccably tidy and the owners are there to help with anything you need. The hotel offers guests numerous board games and a rich library with publications in multiple languages, which can be used during the stay.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
