By The Sea Apartments is a family business, completely renovated by the second generation. It’s a building with modern standards, energy class B+, 30m from the sea, with a direct access to the waterfront. It consists of the fround and the first floor, with four apartments on each floor.

The apartments consist of two bedrooms with one double bed, i.e. two bunk beds, closet and a coffee table, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a sofa bed, 32-inch TV and air conditioning, bathroom with a shower and hot water ²⁴⁄₇, as well as a balcony with a seating set and mosquito screens.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
