Owners description
By The Sea Apartments is a family business, completely renovated by the second generation. It's a building with modern standards, energy class B+, 30m from the sea, with a direct access to the waterfront. It consists of the fround and the first floor, with four apartments on each floor. This summer (2020) only the upper floor will be open.
The apartments consist of two bedrooms with one double bed, i.e. two bunk beds, closet and a coffee table, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a sofa bed, 32-inch TV and air conditioning, bathroom with a shower and hot water 24/7, as well as a balcony with a seating set and mosquito screens.

Bookings
- The minimum number of nights in the period from 1/7 to 15/9 is 5 nights.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
