Description
Nikos VKL Studios is situated in the small village of Astris, on the southern part of the island of Thassos, at a distance of 1.5km from Kalami Beach and 1.6km from Psili Ammos Beach.
Within this accommodation, there are two studios on the high ground floor (seven steps above ground level) designed for a maximum of two adults and two children. They are equipped with a double bed and a sofa for two, and each of them also has a private pool.
These air-conditioned studios offer guests a smart flat-screen TV with Netflix streaming platform, WiFi internet, a kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction hob with two ceramic glass rings, a kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower cabin with a glass door.
On warm summer days, overlooking the street, guests can spend their time on the veranda with a table and chairs or cool off in the private pool.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
