Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Nikos VKL Studios is located in the south of the beautiful island of Thassos, in the peaceful village of Astris. The surroundings provide an ideal atmosphere for relaxation, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Astris is a small, picturesque village with authentic charm, making this accommodation a perfect choice for those seeking tranquility and a relaxing vacation in a natural setting. Guests can enjoy a private pool, offering refreshment without the need to visit the beach. The nearest beaches, Kalami Beach (1.5 km) and Psili Ammos Beach (1.6 km), are also easily accessible.
