Owners description

This studio is located in Nea Kallikratia, 750m from the beach. This unit is on the ground floor. There is a double bed, a bunk bed and another drawer bed.

Guests have access to Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV. In the kitchen there is a toaster, a kettle,
a coffee machine, a fridge. There are chairs and a table in the fenced yard where the guests can enjoy their time.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    Postovani, da li imate smestaj za deset dana? U pitanju je dvoje dece i dvoje odraslih, od 5-10.7. bio bio dolazak (nije fiksno), deeset nocenja. Hvala.
