Hotel Description
The accommodation is located in the second row from the sea, at about 50m from the arranged sandy beach and 100m from the center of Nea Potidea. It has 18 accommodation units for 5-6 people. The house exudes ethnic style and it was built in a combination of stone and wood. In the fenced and beautifully arranged yard, you can feel the Greek spirit and atmosphere and when the candles on the tables light up in the evening, it turns into a romantic corner. Pets are also welcome.
The nearest market and bakery are 70m away.
The accommodation has three maisonettes and two duplex apartments (50m2) for 5-6 people, and the rest are studios (25m2). Two maisonettes have two air conditioners and a shower cabin in the bathroom. Apartments and studios have a shower with a curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, microwave and a hot plate.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a satellite TV, internet access, safe box, hairdryer, mosquito nets and awnings. Laundry service is charged (9kg at a price of 10e).
Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is done at half of the stay.
There is a shared kitchen in the courtyard, ideal for a large company or family, as well as a shower.
Private parking is not provided, but guests can leave their vehicle in the immediate vicinity, underneath the balcony.
Niko Haus is an excellent choice for families with children and couples looking for decent accommodation in a quiet location, near the beach and the center.

Comfort at Haus Niko is excellent; cleanliness is of a high standard, and the courtesy is exceptional. The location is very good. The value-for-money ratio is satisfactory.

The accommodation is excellent, and the garden is beautifully arranged. The beach is nearby, and the water is crystal clear. The hostess Eleni is always available for any kind of assistance.
