Olea Country House is located in a peaceful setting, just outside Nea Kallikratia, only 400m from Sahara Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in this part of Halkidiki, known for its fine sand, crystal-clear sea, and long shoreline. Its location just outside the village allows guests to enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, away from the summer crowds. The house is modernly and tastefully furnished, featuring a pleasant interior and a spacious outdoor area that provides complete comfort and privacy, making it an excellent choice for families and groups of friends. The proximity to the sea allows guests to reach the beach with just a short walk, without the need to use a car. Thanks to its excellent location, guests can easily organize day trips to Thessaloniki, as well as explore the numerous beaches and attractions of western Halkidiki.

The property offers one apartment located on the ground floor, suitable for up to five adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the living room features a sofa for one person.

A baby cot is available upon request, free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi internet access, a Smart TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two cooking rings and a small oven, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker.
