Hotel Description

Argiro Apartments is the accommodation at 200m from the beach and 100m from the center of Nea Flogita. It offers nine clean and well-maintained quadruple apartments on the ground floor (one step below ground level) and on two floors, and apart from its good location, one of its main advantages is private parking.

The nearest restaurant and supermarket are at about 60m, while the nearest bakery is 80m away.

There are three identically furnished apartments (about 40m2) on each level. They are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, terrace (with awning where needed), mosquito nets and a kitchen with a large fridge, stove, electric kettle and all utensils.

The bathrooms have a shower tray without a curtain, except one apartment on the ground floor that has a bathtub. Some bathrooms have standard, while some have accordion folding doors.

Guests of the two accommodation units on the ground floor also have access to a yard with toys.

At the owner, you will find a shared hairdryer and iron and use it as needed.

During the stay, guests take care of the hygiene of the apartments. Bed linen is replaced after five days. Towels are not provided.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
