Accommodation Next To The Sea Apartment is located in the center of Perea, just 200 meters from the beach. Despite being centrally located and close to all important amenities, its position allows it to be secluded from noise, providing guests with a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Bakeries and shops are just a few meters away from the accommodation.

The apartment, with two separate bedrooms for four people (60m2), located on the second floor of the building, features one double bed in one bedroom, while the other bedroom has two single beds. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a dining table and chairs.

The unit includes Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a large balcony.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation unit, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels. For stays longer than four nights, an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided.

Private parking is not available, but parking is possible on the street near the accommodation.

As a comfortable apartment, you literally have everything you need— from an iron to a hairdryer, extra towels, and a spacious terrace. The owner is kind and always available. Highly recommended for this accommodation.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
