Hotel Description

Oasis Villa is located in an isolated and peaceful location, a few kilometers from Nea Potideia. The accommodation was renovated in 2015 and offers comfortable and clean accommodation units for 4-5 people, furnished in ethnic style. Amenities include a private beach with free umbrellas and deck chairs, a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard with a large summer house and barbecue, as well as private parking.

The beach is sandy, with small pebbles and it’s about 200m away, downhill. The closest market and bakery are located about 5km away, and since the facility is located on a road parallel to the highway, it’s identically distanced from the centers of Nea Potideia and Nea Fokeia.

There are four apartments and two studios available. Two apartments (40m2) accommodate five people (three beds are in the bedroom and two in the living room), while the other two apartments (32m2) are for four people. Studios (26m2) accommodate a maximum of four people (two adults and two children).

The accommodation is air-conditioned and has internet, TV, hairdryer, safe box and mosquito nets. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge and a mini-stove with oven, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower with a curtain or bathtub.

Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is performed twice a week. In the meantime, guests can maintain accommodation unit themselves (it is possible to pay for an extra cleaning) and laundry service is also available.

The yard full of greenery and trees is enclosed, with a corner for children, which makes this accommodation suitable for families and their youngest members.

Private parking is located in the courtyard.

This facility is intended exclusively for its guests. Visitors cannot stay longer than two hours.

Villa Oasis is an ideal choice for those who’d want to spend their holiday in a peaceful and comfortable environment, away from the city noise and crowds.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
