Our description

Oasis Villa is located in an isolated and peaceful location, a few kilometers from Nea Potideia. The accommodation was renovated in 2015 and offers comfortable and clean accommodation units for 4-5 people, furnished in ethnic style. Amenities include a private beach with free umbrellas and deck chairs, a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard with a large summer house and barbecue, as well as private parking.

The beach is sandy, with small pebbles and it's about 200m away, downhill. The closest market and bakery are located about 5km away, and since the facility is located on a road parallel to the highway, it's identically distanced from the centers of Nea Potideia and Nea Fokeia.

There are four apartments and two studios available. Two apartments (40m2) accommodate five people (three beds are in the bedroom and two in the living room), while the other two apartments (32m2) are for four people. Studios (26m2) accommodate a maximum of four people (two adults and two children).

The accommodation is air-conditioned and has internet, TV, hairdryer, safe box and mosquito nets. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge and a mini-stove with oven, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower with a curtain or bathtub.

Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is performed twice a week. In the meantime, guests can maintain accommodation unit themselves (it is possible to pay for an extra cleaning) and laundry service is also available.

The yard full of greenery and trees is enclosed, with a corner for children, which makes this accommodation suitable for families and their youngest members.

Private parking is located in the courtyard.

Villa Oasis is a seaside vacation rental in Kassandra Halkidiki. It offers self-catering accommodation next to the pinewood and sandy beach. It is ideal for relaxing summer holidays in the countryside, far from the crowd. Villa Oasis has four apartments, two studios and one maisonette for rent. All of them are air-conditioned, with fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi internet connection. All of them offer a superb view above the sea, the beach and the pinewoods of northern Kassandra.

The traditional countryside house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, flowers, trees, parking, barbecue and swings for children. The only road access to the seashore, 100m away, starts from the property. So the long sandy beach is practically private. The seawater is clear and shallow and proper for children.

Villa Oasis seaside vacation rental is located at the beginning of Kassandra, the western peninsula of Halkidiki. The point is ideal to start your daily excursions to discover Kassandra, Sithonia, Mount Athos and mount Holomontas in the mainland. APARTMENTS: There are two ground floor apartments. Each one (40m2 indoor area + 20m2 patio) has an entrance from the front side, from its private patio in the garden. It sleeps up to five adults, three in the bedroom and two in the living room. Ground floor apartments are equipped with full cooking facilities. Kitchens are located at the backside of the living rooms. They are fully equipped, with a big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, sandwich maker, and all kitchenware and tableware for six persons. Bathrooms have shower and free hot water. There are two dining places with tables and chairs. The first is in the kitchen and the second outdoors in the patio. During summer the actual living room is outdoors where you can enjoy the superb view, the cool sea breeze, the perfume of flowers and the calm and magic summer nights of Halkidiki.

There are two middle floor apartments. Each one has an entrance from the backside and a privet balcony in the front. It sleeps up to four adults, two in the bedroom and two in the living room. At the backside of the building, there is an extended patio, five steps above the ground level of the parking. Each middle floor apartment has its own independent entrance from this patio. Indoors (32m2) it has a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 beds in the bedroom and two more beds in the living room. Our middle floor apartments are equipped with full cooking facilities. Kitchens are in an extension of the living rooms. They are fully equipped, with a big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, sandwich maker and all kitchenware and tableware for six6 persons. They also have a bathroom with a shower and free hot water. There are two dining places with tables and chairs. The first is in the kitchen and the second outdoors in the balcony. During summer the actual living room is outdoors, in the balcony (9m2), where you can enjoy the superb view, the cool sea breeze, the perfume of flowers and the calm and magic summer nights of Halkidiki. Each top floor studio has its own 40m2 private terrace with magnificent panoramic view. Top floor studios have an entrance from the backside 17 steps higher than the middle floor apartments. Indoors each studio has one double bed and one bunk (one bed on the top of the other) in the same room. The bathroom has a shower and free hot water. The kitchen is in an extension of the same room. It is fully equipped, with a big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, sandwich maker and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons. There are two dining places with tables and chairs. The first is in the kitchen and the second outdoors in the terrace. During summer the actual living room is outdoors in the terrace under the shadow of a big tent. Sitting on the armchairs or on the sunbeds you can enjoy the superb sea view, the cool sea breeze, the perfume of flowers and the calm and magic summer nights of Halkidiki.

Villa Oasis is a small family lodging with self-catering apartments and studios for rent in Kassandra Halkidiki Greece. During summer our family lives there offering hospitality and any possible help to our guests.

All studios and apartments are traditionally furnished and fully air-conditioned with one independent unit in each room. For energy saving reasons, there is a meter in each and electric energy consumption is extra charged 0,20 euro per kW/h. If the air conditioner is working with closed doors, the extra cost is no more than 1 euro per day, even the hotter ones. Normally air-condition is not needed because of the sea breeze that blows during the warm hours of the day. And the hotter the day is, the stronger the sea breeze.

Free hot water is supplied to bathrooms and Kitchens. Linen is changed once a week and towels twice. Studios and apartments have all cleaning tools and we deliver them clean. TV set, hairdryer and a clock radio can be found in each one. Free broadband WiFi internet connection is covering all of them. There is also a washing machine for common use and iron and iron board upon request.

Our countryside villa is not only built in a magnificent landscape of Kassandra, next to pinewood and sandy beach but it is also surrounded by a beautiful privet flower garden. Living in our garden is one more reason to make your summer vacations in Halkidiki unforgettable.

The 4000sqm property of Villa Oasis is surrounded by the fence with gates to the road and to the sea and offers safety to kids. Children playing yard with swings, table games in barbecue and 1500sqm of lawn permit them to play without annoying anybody. There is also parking for 10 cars under the shadow of big trees.

The barbecue area is the most beloved place after the beach. You can grill on coal and enjoy dining with friends, or just relax with a book and your afternoon coffee. The big refrigerator keeps your drinks frozen while you are enjoying the music system and the cool sea breeze that blows the warm hours of the day.

But most of all we are proud of our flowers that blossom all summer. Our flowerbeds, bushes and trees are carefully chosen to join with harmony with the pinewood of the coast. Their colours, shapes and perfumes make our place a small paradise, a real oasis next to the wild nature of the coast.

Summer vacations mainly mean sea and fun. Kassandra, the first peninsula of Halkidiki, is famous for its nature, clear seawater and long sandy beaches. It is also famous for its all-day beach-bars, the wild nightlife and the cultural events. Villa Oasis is a traditional seaside country house, build 100m from the sea and 30m above.

A 200m long private road, through the pinewood, connects our garden with the coast. It is the only road connection to the long sandy beach which in practice is privet and never crowded. It is offered for swimming, sun burning, games, walking and fishing.

The wide sandy area, between pine trees and seawater, is a few kilometers long and offers many lonely places. Water is clean, warm, shallow, proper for children and usually calm. The bottom is interesting. Large clean areas with thin white sand are interrupted by small under-surface hills covered with an alga. Small fish can be seen anywhere.

By the end of our private road, there is a large area, more than 200 meters long, where the bottom of the sea is clean and sandy. At this point, the depth of the water increases slowly and gradually and 100m from the shore is still 1,50m deep. On the shore, there are tends of reed to provide shadow for our guests.
