Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.

Description

Oasis Villa is located in an isolated and peaceful location, a few kilometers from Nea Potideia. The accommodation was renovated in 2015 and offers comfortable and clean accommodation units for 4-5 people, furnished in ethnic style. Amenities include a private beach with free umbrellas and deck chairs, a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard with a large summer house and barbecue, as well as private parking.

The beach is sandy, with small pebbles and it's about 200m away, downhill. The closest market and bakery are located about 5km away, and since the facility is located on a road parallel to the highway, it's identically distanced from the centers of Nea Potideia and Nea Fokeia.

There are four apartments and two studios available. Two apartments (40m2) accommodate five people (three beds are in the bedroom and two in the living room), while the other two apartments (32m2) are for four people. Studios (26m2) accommodate a maximum of four people (two adults and two children).

The accommodation is air-conditioned and has internet, TV, hairdryer, safe box and mosquito nets. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge and a mini-stove with oven, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower with a curtain or bathtub.

Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is performed twice a week. In the meantime, guests can maintain accommodation unit themselves (it is possible to pay for an extra cleaning) and laundry service is also available.

The yard full of greenery and trees is enclosed, with a corner for children, which makes this accommodation suitable for families and their youngest members.

Private parking is located in the courtyard.

This facility is intended exclusively for its guests. Visitors cannot stay longer than two hours.

Villa Oasis is an ideal choice for those who'd want to spend their holiday in a peaceful and comfortable environment, away from the city noise and crowds.

Good day, Everything was wonderful. The villa is truly situated in a magical environment, in a splendid location with a beautiful beach below. For instance, it might not be a bad idea to pave the road to the beach, as it would simply be healthier for the car that descends. The bathroom door closes tightly and creaks in the process, so anyone with a light sleep will be awakened every time the bathroom door opens and closes. The screen in the bathroom should be fixed to the window. These are truly minor details; everything else is very nice, the hosts are wonderful people, and our stay went exceptionally well. We genuinely enjoyed ourselves! Thank you for everything done, with regards from the Helajzen family! :-)

A solid accommodation for families with children. The apartment is quite old and could use some renovation. However, the large beautiful garden and stunning sea view overshadow these shortcomings. Additionally, there is an excellent well-equipped barbecue. The beach is nearby, downhill, and can also be accessed by car. The price-to-quality ratio is good.

We highly recommend Villa Oasis. We spent our vacation at the end of August and the beginning of September. The sea was beautiful. On the beach, each apartment has its own sun loungers and umbrella. We were accommodated in a ground-floor apartment. Exiting the apartment leads to a courtyard, which is one of the greatest advantages of this accommodation. The courtyard is enormous, beautifully furnished (with sun loungers and chairs), offering a view of the sea. The rooms are classic, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Close to the accommodation, there are shops and restaurants... Everything you need for a peaceful holiday with children.

The villa is splendid, featuring a courtyard separated by a porch for barbecuing. Numerous sun loungers and chairs are arranged throughout the courtyard. A path winds through the pine forest leading to a beach that feels private, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for guests. The owners are unobtrusive, making it a perfect spot for those seeking tranquility, as well as for families looking for an ideal getaway.

Perhaps one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, Villa Oasis, with its lovely garden, breathtaking view of the sea, and tranquility, will forever remain etched in our memories. We witnessed the sea in all its colors: from liquid silver in the morning hours, through lavender-gray at sunset, to golden and red under the moonlight. The beach is equally stunning: the water was exceptionally clean and calm, the shallows are long and gradual, with sand and a few pebbles, free sunbeds, and only a handful of guests on them. It is worth mentioning that the path from the apartment to the beach is longer (about 7 minutes on foot) and steeper than it appears in the pictures, but it posed no problem for any of us; even the neighbors from the adjacent apartment pushed their baby stroller several times a day. The accommodation within the apartment is quite modest. It is clean and has everything necessary in terms of dishes and kitchen appliances, but realistically, it is due for renovation. If you care about the quality of the furniture in the apartment, you will not be impressed, but aside from such a garden and the sea, we only slept in the rooms. The apartments are equipped with mosquito nets, but be sure to bring mosquito repellent to sit comfortably in the garden, as they are quite prevalent at dusk. The hosts are kind, communicate correctly in English, and responded to every request we had.

I recommend this accommodation for families traveling together, as there is ample space for children to play, thanks to the vast yard that features a playground and plenty of seating areas. It is far from the road, so traffic noise is minimal and vehicles pass infrequently. The beach is excellent and tranquil, and the hosts were completely courteous.

We have returned from our vacation, and I can confidently say that it has, in a way, exceeded my expectations. Until now, we have vacationed in hotels, but if you seek a truly restorative getaway for your mind and body, Villa Oasis is the perfect choice for you. In the courtyard, by the beach, the tranquility at night is complete. The view is beautiful both during the day and at night.

A true delight... We were with our children (6 and 1 year old) and the yard was a paradise for them. The beach is just 2 minutes away, accessible by car. The apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, and clean. The hosts are more than wonderful. The beach is exclusively for us, and the water is delightful... Perfect for those seeking tranquility. Afitos, which is beautiful, is less than a 10-minute drive for evening strolls. P.S. Occasionally, there are patches of seaweed on the beach, but they make an effort to clean it up...

This accommodation rightfully bears its name, as it is a true oasis of peace. The courtyard, filled with greenery and flowers, is beautifully maintained, and sipping morning coffee under the pines with a view of the sea while the children play in the playground is an invaluable experience. The owners are exceptionally kind and true hosts, making the stay even more pleasant. The accommodation is clean, regularly tidied, and the bedding is changed every three days. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, featuring a microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, and kettle; they truly thought of everything. The path to the beach is a bit steep, but you reach it quickly, even with children. It is very quiet and peaceful in the courtyard and on the beach itself, with no crowds, which is essential. I wholeheartedly recommend these wonderful people and their Oasis.

Villa Oasis is the perfect place for a true getaway, tranquil, surrounded by greenery, and offering a breathtaking view of the sea—simply divine. The owners of the villa are wonderful people; I have been vacationing in Greece for many years, but I have never encountered such hospitable hosts. Highly recommended!
