Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Beach Front Maisonette in Nea Potidea offers a relaxing retreat, perfect for families and couples. Located 250 meters from a secluded sandy beach, accessible via stairs, this maisonette combines privacy with accessibility. With three bedrooms accommodating up to six guests, visitors can enjoy the shared swimming pool, creating the ideal environment for relaxation.
This three-bedroom apartment, designed for up to six adults, is a two-level maisonette. The lower level features a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while the upper level, on the first floor, has two bedrooms and another bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, where both the living room and each bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Guests can freely use the pool, which is available to all complex visitors.
