The Beach Front Maisonette is one of several villas that are an integral part of a complex located in the vicinity of the resort of Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula. It is recommended for families with small children and couples in need of a peaceful vacation, and it is situated 250m away from a wild and sandy beach accessible via a significant number of steps, and 3.2km away from the beach in Nea Potidea.
This three-bedroom apartment, designed to accommodate up to six adults, is structured as a two-level maisonette. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while on the second level, which is on the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is one double bed in each of the two bedrooms, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, where the living room and each bedroom have independent cooling units, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
You can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a sea view on the furnished veranda or balcony.
Your stay can be made more enjoyable by the possibility of free use of the pool available to all guests of the complex.
Upon request, pets are allowed within the price.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay while replacing bed linen and towels is not provided.
One parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Beach Front Maisonette is located 19km from the popular resort of Kalithea, 38km from Pefkochori, while the nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 60km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
