Hotel Description

The Studio Kripis is located in the most beautiful point of Paliouri, next to the chapel of St. Nektarios. Only 450 meters from the center of the village, you have your patisserie, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy and everything you need.

The apartments are spacious and can accommodate families or groups of 4 people.
They have organized kitchens with refrigerator and stove. Also big balcony with sea view, air-conditioning, TV and Internet. Sheets and towels every 3-4 days. Only five minutes drive to the sea (2,5km) Glarokambos, Xenia, Blue Fish Beach Bar and Kanistro.

The apartments are entered with the use of a code, the owners are not present in the accommodation upon arrival. Common rooms are under video surveillance. The apartments are delivered clean and tenant care alone for cleanliness. We do not provide any extra services. Minimum stay is 7 days. We inform you, as shown in the pictures, that the ground is very steep, which is why all apartments have views. Also the access is by an unpaved road 100 meters. You are prepared for this small uphill/ downhill.

Refundable damage deposit is 50e (you take it back the day you leave if everything is OK).

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The remaining amount should be paid no later than three days prior to arrival to the accommodation.
A minimum number of nights is 14.
Deposit 50e is required to be paid upon check-in that will be kept by the owner in case of a damage appearance caused by guests.
