Description
The area of the Orhideja studio is 38m2 and it consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining room. An attractive half-wall separates the sleeping area. The studio also has a terrace and a bathroom. It is suitable for family, up to 4 people. The studio has been completely renovated, everything is new. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, induction hob, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer, as well as complete utensils. It is air conditioned, it has LED TV and WiFi. Towels and bed linen are provided (everything is included in the price). Parking is also provided. The facility is under video surveillance. It is only 150m or 2 minutes easy walk from the beach in Nea Kallikratia.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
