The area of the Orhideja studio is 38m2 and it consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining room. An attractive half-wall separates the sleeping area. The studio also has a terrace and a bathroom. It is suitable for family, up to 4 people. The studio has been completely renovated, everything is new. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, induction hob, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer, as well as complete utensils. It is air conditioned, it has LED TV and WiFi. Towels and bed linen are provided (everything is included in the price). Parking is also provided. The facility is under video surveillance. It is only 150m or 2 minutes easy walk from the beach in Nea Kallikratia.

The studio is located in the basement, below street level. All the dirt from the street, with cats and dogs relieving themselves under the window, and ants make life unbearable. It is quite dirty, and the space is too small for four people; when four beds are unfolded, one cannot reach the toilet. The studio itself smells musty or moldy, especially the bathroom. It happens that the water from the boiler smells like sulfur, to the point of making you nauseous. There is no parking, no yard. The landlady did not bother to inquire how we resolved the issue with the water, even though she was informed about everything. The price we paid for that period is excessively high, as for the same amount you could have obtained an apartment with a separate room, on the first floor, with parking and a beautiful terrace in the same location, the building next to this one.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
