Accommodation is on a great location - only 90m away from the city beach and the promenade zone, and 50m away from the market Happy, pizzerias and tavernas.
In the offer are six studios and seven apartments.
The studios (20-35m2) are located on a lower ground floor (basement, 70cm below ground level), they do not have a terrace, but there is space for laundry drying. Three studios (no. 3, 5 and 6) are for two persons (2 Bed Studio, Semi-based), with two single beds that can be joined together. The other three studios (no. 1, 2 and 4) are for two adults and two children, with one double bed and bunk beds (3 and 4 Bed Studio, Semi-based). All studios have a kitchen equipped with hotplates and a fridge. If necessary, mini oven is available on request.
The apartments (60-70m2) are on the first floor (6 Bed Apartment and 2 Bedroom Apartment) and, unlike studios, have very spacious terraces. The apartments have two separate bedrooms, in one there is a double bed, while in the other there is a single bed with a drawer bed or bunk beds whose bottom bed is a double bed and the top bed is a bed for one person. In the living room there is a sofa (two sofas and an armchair in No. 1 or a corner sofa in No. 2 or two sofas for one person in No. 3) and an LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge, a stove, and a washing machine.
The four-bed apartments are located on the second floor. They are intended for a maximum of three adults and one child. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom separated by sliding doors, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa that can accommodate two people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, two ceramic glass cooktops, an air fryer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have TV, mosquito nets and a safe deposit box. Hair dryer and a fan are avalable on request. Cleaning and replacement of towels is done once in two days, while bed linen are replaced once in four days.
Around the accommodation, there is a fenced yard with natural shade, a gazebo, seating areas, and a shared barbecue. There are enough private parking spaces for all guests.
Accommodation is easy to find: when you take a right turn at traffic light in Nikiti, continue down the street (about 600m, till the children’s playground on the left) and then take a right turn again. In about 40m you will be in front of the Epinio Apartments.

- Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
