Excellent accommodation

The accommodation is truly excellent, all praise. The apartments are equipped with all necessary appliances, spacious and clean. The staff is also exceptionally courteous.

I highly recommend this place; the hostess Kiki is exceptionally kind. The location is perfect. We paid for the accommodation at the end of our holiday. The rooms are cleaned every other day, and towels and bed linens are also changed every other day.

The accommodation was excellent, clean, and situated in a superb location right next to the promenade. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.

The apartments are situated in an excellent location, whether you wish to swim in Nikiti or explore the beaches. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the city beach. The landlady is very kind, the rooms are tidy, and the basement is acceptable given the price. What I liked the most was the parking, which is spacious enough and located in the yard of the house, ensuring that your car is safe. The location is definitely an advantage. The studios in the basement are fine, but I believe the apartments are better. We missed having a terrace, although there is an outdoor area where you can dry your laundry and sit; the only downside is that you do not have a direct exit from the studio, but rather exit from the villa. As I mentioned, it is acceptable for that price. Overall, we are satisfied.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was exceptionally clean, towels were changed every two days, and a lady came to clean. The bed linens were changed every three days. The owner was very kind. I can only say that you will not regret choosing this apartment. I give it my highest recommendation.

Everything is described exactly as it is in reality, so there are no surprises. I read in the comments that the owner, Kiki, is very kind, and I can add that she is more than just kind; she welcomed us with a gift, smiling and eager to help. The room we stayed in (number 4) is indeed the smallest, located in the basement, and can feel a bit stuffy, but we had air conditioning to compensate for that. Of course, we were there only for sleeping, as we spent our time at the beach. The accommodation is close to the beach in Nikiti (near the port), which is significant for us with a small child, allowing us to quickly return to the room if needed. If we were to nitpick, we might need 1-2 extra plates and a kitchen knife, but overall, it is manageable as it is. There was ample parking space in the yard, which is important as well. That's about it; expectations vary, but for this price, I believe you can't find better in such a location, making the price-to-quality ratio quite realistic.

An excellent location, secure parking, cleanliness at a high level, linen changed every four days, and towels every two days. The wonderful hostess is commendable in every respect. It is rare to find accommodation in Greece where the owner of the apartment (studio) welcomes you with a gift. Payment is made on the last day. There is a notable frequency of compliments for the hostess Kiki, who also steps into the space when we have an unpleasant situation. I hope for a return visit in the future.

We returned from our vacation a few days ago. The house is situated in an excellent location, just 100 meters from the best city beach. Restaurants are also very close; I particularly recommend Nikiti Giros and Giromanija, where you can buy gyros pita. However, my favorite fast food gyros restaurant is Masa, located along the highway. The nearby market is well-stocked and reasonably priced. We stayed in a studio and were very satisfied. Towels and linens are changed every two days, cleaning is done regularly, the beds are comfortable, and when you enter the hallway, there is a lovely scent (I had to mention this because my wife was delighted by that fragrance every day 😊😊😊). Parking is provided. I would especially like to commend the owner, Kiki, who is very kind and professional. We received prompt responses to all our inquiries sent via message, even the next day when we were not her guests, regarding something we were interested in for next year. We have been going to Greece for eight years, and for the first time, we received a welcome gift from the owners, and we paid for our accommodation on the last day. Once again, a big hello to Kiki, and we look forward to seeing her next year.

The Epinio Apartment is situated in an excellent location, just 100 meters from the beginning of the promenade and the dock. The owner, Kiki, is very kind, accommodating, and eloquent; she speaks two languages and also uses Google Translate for those who do not speak English. She preferred not to collect payment at the beginning of our stay but rather at the end. She was accommodating regarding certain matters, and we even received a gift in the form of homemade products made by her family. The rooms are cleaned every two days, and towels and linens are changed every five days. The apartments have ample parking space (for about 7-10 cars). There is a barbecue area, a small gazebo, and a special part in the form of a garden where meals can be enjoyed outdoors in the shade. The cleaning staff are friendly and crafted interesting shapes from the linens in the form of little boats, which particularly delighted the children. The furniture is a bit older, so it is not overly luxurious, but if that is not important to you and you value the location and the friendly relationship with the owner, this is the right choice. A big plus from me.

An excellent location for those who wish to be at the center of all activities, with taverns, the beach, and the main street nearby. The studio in the basement is quite new and charming. We stayed in a 22 m² studio, which is somewhat cramped for a couple with a baby, but the landlady offered us a larger one at no extra charge when it becomes available. The kitchen is adequately equipped, with the only drawback being the slow Wi-Fi. There is private parking behind the building. In August, at this price, there is no better accommodation or location, with the beach nearby, as most other options were 40% more expensive. The basement studios do not have their own terrace, but there is one in the shade next to the building with tables, as well as another one at the back. In contrast, the apartments on the upper floors have excellent terraces. Towels and bed linens are changed every two days. This accommodation comes highly recommended. The owner is very kind.

The accommodation is located right in the center. Everything is very close. The owner, Kiki, is exceptionally kind and takes care of everything. Studio 4, where we stayed, has all the necessary amenities. The bedding is regularly changed, and the staff comes to clean. There is a large courtyard and a gazebo where my husband and I regularly enjoyed our morning and afternoon coffee. We found it pleasant and comfortable. If we return to Nikiti, we will choose Epinion apartments again.

We stayed with two children at Epinio Studio from July 10th to 20th, 2022. Everything was absolutely perfect. The friendly Kiki is wonderful. The apartments are clean, and the hygiene of the entire facility is at a high level. Fresh towels are provided every other day, and the bed linens are changed every four days. It is close to the beach, promenade, and markets... Everything you need. Excellent parking. The facility is secured with video surveillance. We are extremely satisfied.

Every year we visit Greece, and Epinio is the best accommodation we have ever experienced. I must emphasize that it is exceptionally clean, which is very important to me. It is located in an excellent spot, close to the promenade and the beach. Kiki, the owner of the villa, is a wonderful person. We returned from Nikiti extremely satisfied! Epinio will undoubtedly be our choice for next year as well.

I just wanted to leave a comment that I have never met a better person than Kiki, who is the owner. We were there last year, and she treats you as if you are her closest relative, making it simply impossible not to adore her. The rooms are impeccably clean, everything is more beautiful than in the pictures, and everything you need is close to the accommodation. In the evenings, it’s phenomenal for going out. I truly have no words to describe this wonderful place. Kiki is accommodating even for the smallest wishes, and as I said, I have never seen such attentiveness in my life. Hats off! This was the best vacation I have ever had!
