Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Xenia’s Relaxing Maisonette is located in the small village of Paljuri, in a quiet and peaceful setting, just 3.3 km from the nearest beach. This pleasant accommodation is perfect for families and guests seeking an escape from the city hustle. In the spacious yard, guests can enjoy barbecuing while relaxing with a beautiful sea view.
The two-bedroom apartment, designed for up to four adults and one child, is a maisonette spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a kitchen, while the upper floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other includes a single bed, a pull-out drawer bed, and a fold-out chair.
A crib and a baby high chair are available upon request and included in the price.
This accommodation offers comfort with air conditioning in both bedrooms, free WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and an iron.
