Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
The apartments are located in the very center of Pefkohori and are on the first floor. Nearby are the Lemoni bakery. Next to the building itself is the Silvija supermarket 10m from the building. Everything is within a minute to two walk from the accommodation, including the sea, the bakery, the supermarket, the market, the pharmacy, the church and the promenade.
The accommodation is fully equipped, has bedding, a complete kitchen with utensils, an extractor hood, an oven, a four-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, air conditioning, unlimited internet, Serbian cable TV and a seating area on large terraces. One terrace is 10m2, and the other is 15m2.
Bane Apartments are suitable for pets and ideal for four people. They have two double beds.
There is no cot or extra bed available.
All guests are greeted by an agent in front of the building.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. There are no additional towels or bed linen changes during your stay.
