Owners description

The apartments are located in the very center of Pefkohori and are on the first floor.
In the immediate vicinity of the Lemuni bakery, otherwise next to the building is the Silvija super market, 10 meters from the building. Everything is a minute to two walk away from the accommodation, including the sea, bakery, super market, market, pharmacy, church, promenade, etc.

The accommodation is fully equipped, it has bed linen, a complete kitchen with utensils, extractor fan, oven, flat plate with four hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, air conditioning, unlimited internet, Serbian cable TV and seating on large terraces. One terrace is 10m2, and the other is 15m2.

Bane Apartments are pet-friendly and ideal for four people, and consist of two French beds.

There is no baby cot or extra bed available.

All guests are greeted by an agent in front of the building.

During the stay, there are no additional towels or changes of bed linen. Check in at 3 p.m. Check out at 10 a.m.

The neatest beach is 100m away from the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
