Family Stone House is located in the most popular place with the longest history in tourism, Pefkohori, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 100m from the beach.
According to its structure, this building is a maisonette on four levels and is intended for accommodation of 11 people. In the basement, on the first level, there is a living room and a bathroom with a washing machine, on the ground floor, on the second level, there is a living room and a kitchen with a dining room, on the third level, on the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the fourth level, in the attic, there is an open gallery with a sleeping area. The living rooms in the basement and on the ground floor each have two sofas for one or two people, one bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds for one adult and one child, since the top bed is smaller from the lower one, and within the open gallery there is a sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, in which each living room and each bedroom has an independent cooling unit, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings overlooking the courtyard on one of the two verandas or on the balcony equipped with seating set.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in a beautifully decorated and maintained yard.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and for an additional fee.
The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, are done by the guests themselves. For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for the cleaning service at the end of the stay.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
