Our description
Mylos Apartments is the accommodation at only 100m from the center of the picturesque Afythos. It has nine accommodation units for 2-5 persons. Amenities include private parking and elevator.
The beach is about 800m away, while the nearest market and bakery are at 100m.
Mylos Apartments consists of six 2 bed studios (about 25m2) and three apartments (35-45m2), two quadruple and one quintuple.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, hairdryer, kitchenette with a hot plate and small fridge, large terrace with awning (three accommodation units have a smaller terrace) and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
Towels and bed linen are replaced after 3-4 days, while the cleaned is performed every day.
Mylos Apartments is a good choice for anyone who chooses Afytos as a destination for summer vacation because it's located in a very center, only a short walk away from all that this place offers. The accommodation was built in 2002 and it was last renovated in 2014.

Owners description
Milos Apartments is the accommodation in Afytos and a good choice for a relaxing holiday. Located in a traditional Greek village with beautiful sandy beaches, these apartments are available at a surprisingly affordable rate. The Milos Apartments are newly constructed complex comprised of nine self-catering apartments with private balconies overlooking the sea and free private parking. The complex has central heating and is open year-round. Free WiFi internet is provided in all areas. Cleaning service and change of towels and linens are provided every 3-4 days. The apartments are approx. 500m from the sea and the center, supermarkets, taverns and local amenities are within easy reach.

The rural seafront village of Afitos (also spelled Athytos or Afytos) is known for the picturesque beauty of its traditional stone houses. Visit Koutsomylos, the village's Acropolis, for exquisite views of the Bay of Kassandra (Kolpos Kassandras). Other attractions include the Byzantine watchtower in Nea Phokea (also spelled Nea Fokea or Nea Fokaia) and the ruins of a temple to Zeus in Kallithea. The accommodation is approx. 73km southeast of Thessaloniki International Airport in Thessaloniki. The capital of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, Kassandreia is only 5km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Apartmani Milos (Afitos) u kome smo bili je imao sve sto je neophodno za prijatan boravak. Cistoca je na visokom nivou, svaki dan nam je soba ciscena. Imali smo na raspolaganju i njihove peskire, kao i sitne potrepstine u kuhinji i kupatilu koji su dopunjavani (tecnost za sudove, tecni sapun, toalet papir). Lokacija je blizu centra Afitosa ali ipak u mirnom kraju bez buke. Parking za kola je na samom placu, nije na ulici vec je uvucen. Kompletan utisak je odlican, za novac koji smo dali dobili smo mnogo vise. Pozdrav
