Art Boutique Suites has been welcoming its guests tirelessly and with great pleasure since 2014 until today. This accommodation is located in the most popular and the place with the longest history in tourism, Pefkochori, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, right on the seafront with a beautiful sandy beach and turquoise blue water, from which it is separated by a few steps and a street that needs to be crossed, so thus making it an ideal destination for a meaningful vacation.
During the season, the reception is at the guests' service 24 hours a day, room service is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the stay is based on bed and breakfast, while in the off-season, the stay is based on rental accommodation, but there is the possibility of serving breakfast with an additional charge. As part of this accommodation, there are luxuriously and elegantly decorated in different styles and shades, studios and apartments, distributed on the first and second floor, in two wings of the building, that can accommodate up to five adults.
Two-bed studios have a double bed, three-bed studios additionally have a sofa for one person, and four-bed studios have a sofa for two people. Four-bed apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room, they have either a double bed or two joined beds for one person or a sofa for two people. The eight-bed apartment has a double bed and a sofa for two persons in each of the two bedrooms.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
These air-conditioned accommodation units, where the living room and each bedroom have an independent cooling unit, provide guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in both the living room and the bedroom, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, a drying rack for clothes, a bathroom with toiletries and cosmetics, some of which have a jacuzzi tub and some have a shower tub, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a stove with two glass ceramic hotplates, a small refrigerator with a freezer chamber, a kettle and a coffee machine.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on a private furnished balcony with a view of the sea or the yard.
The hosts thought of every detail and made an effort that you create beautiful memories and take the best impressions, as well as return to your daily duties rested.
Art Boutique Suites has a restaurant with a terrace that has a panoramic view of the sea, where you can indulge in delicious gastronomic delights and a wide range of coffee, drinks, and refreshing cocktails.
With a minimum consumption amount of 20€, the beach bar offers guests sunbeds and umbrellas.
In this accommodation, upon request and with an additional charge of 10€ per day, pets are allowed, both in the accommodation units and within the restaurant and bar on the beach.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day. A laundry service is also provided, with an additional charge of 1-2€ per piece of clothing to be washed, and the price depends on the size of the clothing.
A parking space is provided for all accommodation guests.
This accommodation is open throughout the year and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
