Accommodation description
Not far from the beautiful beach of Polychrono is the Summer Dream Hotel. There is a swimming pool within the fenced yard. All accommodation units have equipped kitchens. The hotel is located on the outskirts, so it is an ideal choice for those who want to enjoy a vacation away from the city bustle.
The city beach is about 200m away.
There are 24 accommodation units on offer, distributed on the ground floor (6 units), on the first and second floors (9 on each floor). Three apartments (can host up to five people) and 21 studios (can host up to four people). The hotel has an elevator.
The apartments have a double bed, a single bed and two sofas or bunk beds. Studio for two people has double or two connecting single beds. The studio for three people has a double bed and a single bed. Studio for four people has double and two single beds. All units have a kitchen. The kitchens have the necessary dishes, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a stove with two hotplates. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub with a curtain. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, and only six units look towards the pool, while the rest have a view towards the courtyard.
All units have WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning. They are cleaned every day, and the sheets and towels are changed every other day. Pets are welcome.
In the courtyard there is a swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs.
Parking is provided and is located near the hotel.
Units may be suitable for people with disabilities, but there is no ramp or adapted bathroom.
If you are looking for accommodations near the beach and with a pool during your vacation, then this hotel is the right choice for you.

An excellent hotel. Clean, with friendly staff. It has a pool. It is located a bit far from the beach, about 100 meters. In the second row, but that was perfect for us as there was no evening noise, music, or commotion. There is an option for breakfast. Although it was the same every day, I believe there is enough variety available to eat something different each day. The rooms are clean, and for the first time, we managed to get a room with four normal beds, i.e., a French bed and two standard ones, rather than sofas and armchairs that convert into beds. Rooms are cleaned every two days, and that's when the bedding and towels are changed. Trash is taken out every day unless you do it yourself. They replace the bags if the trash has been taken out. There are hand sanitizers and shower gel, as well as toilet paper. The kitchen is modest but sufficient for making coffee, tea, soup, eggs, or pasta. Perhaps it is possible to prepare some meat, but we did not try. The only issue is the parking, which is not secured, so you have to manage on your own. There are a few spots in front of the hotel and a few behind it. Naturally, some guests are so uncivilized and selfish that they manage to park in the driveway where you unpack and pack your car. This may not be the hotel's problem, but they could warn some Neanderthals. Perhaps this is the reason why they did not receive a 5-star rating for the price-quality ratio. The town is 150 meters away, and consequently, there are markets and restaurants for water, food shopping, or evening strolls. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Summer Dream Hotel from July 7th to 17th. If we find ourselves in Polihrono again, this hotel will likely be our first choice for accommodation.

- Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
