Our description
Not far from the beautiful beach of Polychrono is the Summer Dream Hotel. There is a swimming pool within the fenced yard. All accommodation units have equipped kitchens. The hotel is located on the outskirts, so it is an ideal choice for those who want to enjoy a vacation away from the city bustle.
The city beach is about 200m away.
There are 24 accommodation units on offer, distributed on the ground floor (6 units), on the first and second floors (9 on each floor). Three apartments (can host up to five people) and 21 studios (can host up to four people). The hotel has an elevator.
The apartments have a double bed, a single bed and two sofas or bunk beds.
Studio for two people has double or two connecting single beds.
The studio for three people has a double bed and a single bed.
Studio for four people has double and two single beds.
All units have a kitchen. The kitchens have the necessary dishes, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a stove with two hotplates. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub with a curtain. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, and only six units look towards the pool, while the rest have a view towards the courtyard.
All units have WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning. They are cleaned every day, and the sheets and towels are changed every other day. Pets are welcome.
In the courtyard there is a swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs.
Parking is provided and is located near the hotel.
Units may be suitable for people with disabilities, but there is no ramp or adapted bathroom.

Summer Dream Hotel is located in Polychrono in Halkidiki, at 50m from the sea. It's renovated in 2015, with a parking area and a swimming pool with jacuzzi. It provides 24 double, triple and two spaces rooms with fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, WiFi internet, balcony, satellite receiver and a telephone. Inside our hotel guests will find the pool area with sun umbrellas and comfortable sun beds, where you have the opportunity to enjoy coffees, cocktails and snacks.
The functional philosophy of Summer Dream Hotel is that luxury is in hospitality, simplicity and discretion. We'll make sure that our guests will find everything they need to have a relaxed, quiet and pleasant stay. We combine low prices with high-quality services.
The set times for check-in and check-out is 2:00 pm and 12:00 pm correspondingly. However, if you wish to check-in earlier or to check-out later than the specified time, let us know during the booking. Our modern reception area gives a first glimpse to visitors for the atmosphere they will experience during their residence in our hotel. So, upon arrival and/or departure, or while waiting for an appointment or seeking further information or clarification, you can be served immediately by our 24/7 reception staff. With pleasure, we welcome any request and we provide recommendations and guidelines for all of our services, and also we can inform you about some options in our city and may serve your needs.
- Double studio (25m2) features one double or two single beds, balcony, stovetop and kitchenware.
- Triple room (35m2) is for three adults and it has one double and a single bed.
- Quadruple room (38m2) is for four adults and it has one double and two sofa beds.
- Apartment (45m2) is for five adults. It features a living room and a separate bedroom with one double and three single beds, this apartment offers a balcony, kitchenware and air conditioning.
Room facilities include a balcony, TV, telephone, satellite channels, A/C, wardrobe/closet, clothes rack, shower, toilet, kitchenette, refrigerator, kitchenware, stovetop and coffee machine. Free WiFi internet is available in all rooms.

- Minimum stay from 30/6-31/8 is 6 nights, from 26/5-1/6 minimum stay is 3 nights and in all other periods minimum stay is 4 nights.

Adult is a person older than 3 years.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
