Hotel Description

Georgia House is located near the center of Kalithea. It consists of nine comfortable and clean accommodation units for 2-4 persons. Its great advantage is that all amenities are at only a short walk away.

The supermarket (Masoutis) and the center are about 50m away.

The accommodation consists of eight rooms (22m2), which can be double and triple, with one double and a single bed. They have no kitchen, just a fridge. In addition to the rooms, there is one apartment (45m2) on the ground floor, also without a balcony and kitchen (fridge only), with dining area and two separate bedrooms, each with one double bed. Bathrooms have a small shower tub with curtain and terraces are spacious and fitted with a seating set.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets and a hairdryer, and the safe box is central. Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.

There’s a a small yard behind the house.

They have no private parking, so guests park their vehicles on the street in front.

The accommodation is excellent, and the staff is truly friendly. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for sleeping, right next to the promenade.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
