Our description
Georgia House is located near the center of Kalithea. It consists of nine comfortable and clean accommodation units for 2-4 persons. Its great advantage is that all amenities are at only a short walk away.
The supermarket (Masoutis) and the center are about 50m away.
The accommodation consists of eight rooms (22m2), which can be double and triple, with one double and a single bed. They have no kitchen, just a fridge. In addition to the rooms, there is one apartment (45m2) on the ground floor, also without a balcony and kitchen (fridge only), with dining area and two separate bedrooms, each with one double bed.
Bathrooms have a small shower tub with curtain and terraces are spacious and fitted with a seating set.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets and a hairdryer, and the safe box is central. Guests can also use a washing machine (first wash s free of charge).
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.
There's a a small yard behind the house.
They have no private parking, so guests park their vehicles on the street in front.

Owners description
The complex is located in the cosmopolitan city of Kallithea in Halkidiki, five minutes from the city center, with direct access to the road Thessaloniki-Kassandra and very close to the beautiful, sandy beaches.
All rooms are comfortable and spacious with a high standard of accommodation, configured to create an environment welcoming and warm atmosphere to visitors.
In addition, all rooms have A/C, TV, free WiFi internet, refrigerator, bathroom and a balcony.
Everyday housekeeping is included in the price.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman je ispunio sva nasa ocekivanja od komfora, cistoce do blizine plaze , marketa i restorana.Ljubaznost vlasnika je na prvom mestu iako je ulaz u apartman bio predvidjen za posle 15h mi smo usli u njega u 8h ujutru i napustili ga poslednjeg dana letovanja u predvidjenom vremenu. Georgia house se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji, blizu plaze i gradskog shetalishta, ali u veoma mirnoj ulici. Kuca i sobe su renovirane/nove, veoma ciste.Sopstvenici veoma ljubazni i sobe ciste svakog dana.

Da li ima slobodnih termina od 1-15 septembra. Za dvoje odraslih sa bebom. Koliko je udaljenost od plaze? I koji bi tacno bila cena?
