Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

The Euphoria Club Luxury Villas is a modernly equipped accommodation complex, located on the eastern coast of Kassandra near Pefkohori, in the village of Glarokavos, just 1.2km away from the beach and the natural lagoon of Glarokavos.
There are five accommodation units available, each with a private pool, accommodating up to five or six adults. The villas consist of two levels and are structured as maisonettes. On the first level, at ground level, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom, while on the second level, in the attic, there is an additional bedroom with a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for one or two persons.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
The villas are air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi internet, TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two or four burners, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
From the veranda and balcony, furnished with seating sets and loungers, guests can enjoy a direct view of their private pool and the sea.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every fourth day.
A parking space is provided for the guests of the accommodation.
The Euphoria Club Luxury Villas is located 8km away from Hanioti, 5km away from Xenia Beach, and 99km away from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
