Sea Star Lux Apartment is an accommodation located in close proximity to the sea, 110m from the city beach in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula. The advantage of this apartment is the proximity to all amenities, with the first shops, supermarkets, bakeries and cafes just 150m away.
The apartment, situated on the high ground floor and intended for accommodation of up to five people, consists of two bedrooms, a modernly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The main bedroom features a double bed and a single sofa, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and access to a veranda at the back of the building.
Upon request and within the price range, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned apartment, equipped with a cooling unit sufficient to cool the entire space, guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, two smart flat-screen TVs, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen containing a large fridge with a freezer, an induction hob with two burners, a microwave oven, a built-in dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a kettle.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days with a view of the palm trees and garden in front of the accommodation on the veranda furnished with a corner sofa, a ceiling fan and an armchair.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the unit, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.
Guests have access to a free private parking space right next to the apartment, and to complete the experience, the sea is visible and easily accessible by a short walk to the left as soon as you exit the apartment.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Poštovani, zanima me apartman sa dve spavaće sobe ili jednom spavaćom i jednom dnevnom sa dva ležaja za 4 odrasle osobe u terminu 0d 27.08-06.09, ukoliko imate slobodnih u tom terminu, kao i dva parking mesta i koja bi bila cena. Hvala unapred
