Anneta Studios is situated in an excellent location - just 200m from the center of Sivota and about 1km from the beaches of Galikos Molos and Bela Vraka. What sets this accommodation apart is the spacious, beautifully landscaped courtyard full of Mediterranean vegetation and flowers, making it particularly suitable for families with children.

The nearest store and bakery are only 200m away.

All accommodation units have a separate entrance. The double room (25m2) has one double bed, while the quadruple studios (40m2) have one double bed on the gallery and two single beds on the ground floor. The triple apartment has a double bed and a sofa for one person.

All apartments and studios are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen (with a small stove with an oven, refrigerator, extractor hood, electric kettle), and a bathroom. The exception is the double room, which has a two-ring stove outside the room - sufficient for preparing light meals. The triple apartment has two terraces, while the other units offer enclosed verandas with views of the courtyard and greenery.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day. A washing machine is available at no extra charge.

In the spacious courtyard, full of flowers and shade, there is a gazebo with a barbecue, seating area, and a playground for children.

Guests also have access to private parking.

If you are looking for accommodation in a peaceful and pleasant environment, away from the crowds, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Sivota, Anneta Studios is an excellent choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
