Our description
Anneta Studios is the accommodation 200m from the center of Sivota and about 1km from the beaches of Galikos Molos and Bella Vraka. The trademark of the villa is a spacious and very nice landscaped yard with Mediterranean vegetation and greenery. It's an ideal choice for families with young children.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 200m away.
Double room (25m2) has one double bed and quadruple studios (40m2) have one double bed on the gallery and two single beds on the ground floor.
Units are air-conditioned, have a TV, WiFi internet, an equipped kitchen (with a mini or large stove with oven, fridge, aspirator and electric kettle - room does not have kitchen), bathroom, mosquito nets and a terrace or veranda.
Cleaning is carried out daily, while bed linen and towels are replaced every fourth day.
Anneta Studios offers the possibility to accommodate persons with disabilities (approaches and ramps, but without specially adapted accommodation units).
During the day, one of the owners is always there and available for any help and information.
After entering Sivota, reach the center and take almost the entire circle around the square. Before the Pita Club gyros, take a right and drive along for 150m until you reach the large courtyard of this accommodation.

In a beautiful and tranquil environment, only 200m from the port of Sivota, in the shadow and the coolness of bushy olive trees and a verdurous garden filled with all kinds of flowers, we have created six autonomic apartments where the peace, cleanliness, comfort and the hospitality are offering you the ideal conditions for an unforgettable family vacation near the magnificent and deepest blue seaside of the Ionion.
Apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric oven, all the necessary cookware, toaster and a coffee maker), A/C, roof fan, TV, free WiFi internet and a comfortable bathroom with hot water 24/7.
Our gastronome friends can freely use the barbecue in the garden.
During your stay at Anneta Studios, you can safely park your car under shady trees.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je zaista odličan, nemamo nijednu zamerku! Apartman je skoro renoviran, kreveti udobni, dvorište je predivno, na par minuta hoda od centra, a ipak izolovan i u prirodi, smeće su iznosili svaki dan, posteljina i peškiri menjani na 3 dana...domaćini su divni. Iskrena preporuka!

Smeštaj je na odličnoj lokaciji! Blizu centra a opet u mirnom delu prirode. Ono što se vidi na slikama to i dobijete. Domaćini su vrlo ljubazni i dostupni za svaku pomoć.
