Description
Anneta Studios is an accommodation located 200m away from the center of Sivota and about 1km from the beaches Galikos Molos and Bela Vraka. The trademark of the villa is the spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard with Mediterranean vegetation and greenery. It is an ideal choice for families with young children.
The nearest store and bakery are 200m away.
The double room (25m2) has one double bed, while the quadruple studios (40m2) have one double bed on the gallery and two single beds on the ground floor.
The units are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, wireless internet, a kitchen (with a small or large stove with oven, refrigerator, extractor hood, and electric kettle), bathroom, mosquito nets, and a terrace or veranda. The rooms do not have a kitchen!
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day.
The property offers the possibility of accommodating people with disabilities (access and ramps, but without specifically adapted accommodation). The courtyard is landscaped, surrounded by greenery, with a gazebo with a barbecue, seating area, and a playground for children.
The accommodation has private parking.
One of the owners is always there during the day and is at your service for any assistance and information.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
