Our description
Zefyros Pension is the accommodation on Ammoulan island, in the second row from the beach, only 15m from the closest non-arranged beach and 60m from the nearest organized beach. It has three studios for 3-4 persons and seven rooms for 2-3 persons. Amenities include a space with outdoor seating furniture, ideal for socializing and a reception open until the evening.
The center and the nearest supermarket are 150m away, the bakery is only 20m away, while the nearest restaurant is 40m away.
The beach is with fine gravel and gradual depth, and it can be reached down the stairs.
They offer two triple (22m2) and one quadruple studio (about 28m2) and seven rooms for 2-3 persons (20-24m2), on the high ground floor (12 stairs up) and the first floor. The furniture is slightly better on the high ground floor.
Two triple rooms share a kitchen (electric kettle and stove), while the studios have a kitchenette with a small fridge with freezer, hot plate and accessories.
One double room on the first floor has a direct sea view. One triple room has a corner terrace and therefore a direct and side sea view. The rest of the accommodation units have side sea view from afar.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, a small fridge with freezer, terrace with a tumble dryer and a bathroom with an enclosed tub and curtain. If case you need a hairdryer, please contact the owner.
Hygiene is on high level. Bed linen and towels are replaced every third day, while cleaning is performed every day.
There' is a faucet a few steps below the nicely arranged seating area in the small courtyard.
Private parking is not provided, but guests can park close by.
Zefyros Pension is an ideal choice for couples and a large group of friends, whose priority is quality accommodation in a quiet location. It's open from early May to late September.

Owners description
Zefyros Pension is a new, traditional, insular, 2-story building, with arches, brownstones and wood, approved from EOT with three keys (high-level services).
Our concern is the familiarity and comfort of our guests. We offer coolness, quietness and everything you might need to make you will feel like home. The cleanliness is a very important issue. The bed linen and the towels are being washed and ironed by the pension owner. The cleaning is enhanced with safe biological bacteria for cleaning and decontamination.
Pension Zephyros provides fully equipped rooms with a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, bathroom with hot water 24/7, double bed, sofa bed, balcony with a sea view, fully equipped shared kitchen and WiFi internet. All rooms are big and comfortable, with big balconies and most of them have a view of Athos Mountain.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, Da li u dvokrevetnoj sobi mogu da budu 2 osobe sa bebom? U pitanju je Zafyros Pension 7-17.08. To bi bila ceena 850e za 10 nocenja, je l tako? Kako se vrsi placanje? Hvala, Ema

Smestaj je uredan, ima sve sto treba, sa velikom ugaonom terasom koja gleda na more i Atos; divna kamena plaza na 2 minuta, pescana plaza na 5 minuta gde je i restoran; ljubazno osoblje

Vila je smeštena uzbrdo i od plaže i od šetališta ali to je ok s obzirom da je na pola puta do svega. Treba 5 min do marketa, šetališta, plaže. Noću je mirno. Redovno se čisti i menja posteljina i peškiri. Dobija se po dva peškira po gostu što je za pohvalu. Problem je kuhinja jer to nije. To je jedan rolo ormar koji je otvori i tu su sudopera, frižider i ploča sa dve rerne. Nema nikakve radne površine i spremanje bilo čega je dosta otežano. Sto da fiokama i ogledalom pored te kuhinje je bespotrebno veliki i moglo se uraditi da kuhinja bude veća/korisnija na uštrb toga. Prženje u sobi nije dozvoljeno, postoji zajednička kuhinja na drugom spratu u kojoj jeste dozvoljeno ali to nije rešenje pa nismo ništa ni pržili. Još veći problem je to što ostale sobe nemaju nikakvu kuhinju samo frižider. Još jedna zamerka je da dva dana po nekoliko sati nije bilo vode/struje. Ok, dešava se ali nikakvu informaciju nismo tada dobili od vlasnike šta se dešava i šta da očekujemo što nije ok. Napomena samo da smo bili smešteni u sobi br. 10 koja je trokrevetna i ubedljivo ima najveću terasu u celoj vili.
