Filomeni Studios is located in Pefkohori, a 5-minute walk (about 400m) from the beach in the town and in a quiet part of town. It offers furnished studios with terraces, a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge with a TV.
Located around 2.6 km from Hanioti and 3 km from Glarokavos Beach, this guest house with free WiFi access offers free WiFi. The property staff can arrange transportation from/to the airport.

Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every 2 days. In case the towels are thrown on the floor, they will not be replaced. Compliance with house rules/rules is mandatory.
The accommodation has a private parking lot, with a limited number of places, so when making a reservation, it is necessary to check the availability of the parking space and emphasize the size of the vehicle.
The owners live in a separate building in the yard of the accommodation and are there for anything you need.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
