Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Filomeni Studios is located in Pefkohori, a 5-minute walk (about 400m) from the beach in the town and in a quiet part of town. It offers furnished studios with terraces, a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge with a TV.
Located around 2.6 km from Hanioti and 3 km from Glarokavos Beach, this guest house with free WiFi access offers free WiFi. The property staff can arrange transportation from/to the airport.
The accommodation is located about 150m away from shops, cafes and restaurants.
The accommodation has a total of 9 studios. Two studios are two-bed, one three-bed and six four-bed.
All units at Filomeni Studios have a private bathroom, wardrobe, TV, bed linen and a balcony with garden/city view. Each bathroom has a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. All rooms have a kitchenette (for preparing light meals) with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
A cot is also available to guests. The service is included in the price, except if there are 4 people staying in the studio and a child who needs a cot, in which case the cot surcharge is 15 euros.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every 2 days. In case the towels are thrown on the floor, they will not be replaced. Compliance with house rules/rules is mandatory.
