Everything was excellent. The accommodation was tidy, clean, and spacious. Despite our arrival at 7 AM, while check-in was scheduled for after 2 PM, the owners were accommodating. We were very pleased with both the accommodation and the location. We highly recommend this place!

They were only polite when they took our money for accommodation, where we had no hot water to shower on the first day, nor did the stove work (we arrived with two babies). On the last day, they hovered around us to leave by 10 AM at the latest. Positive aspects: - Quick agreement with Nikana ❤️ - Location of the place (the best location in Toroni) The negative aspects have already been listed... Overall impression, considering this was our first time in Toroni - we have been to nicer places. The location is quite boring, there are NO beaches, and we still do not understand why Toroni is considered "ideal for children" ☺️

The accommodation is exactly what we were looking for: clean, with a view of the sea and in the first row to the shore. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, while the bathroom and terrace provide comfort for four people. It is evident that renovations are frequently undertaken; the paint is fresh, the shelves in the cabinets are dust-free, and there were no stale odors. In the morning, traffic can be heard, but the carpentry is new, so when the windows are closed and the air conditioning is on, absolutely nothing can be heard. There are also blinds, mosquito nets, and curtains. The shop within the accommodation is very well stocked; the staff diligently replenishes supplies, and nothing is ever lacking. Parking is secured in the courtyard next to the olive grove, covered, so the car does not overheat in the sun and is safe in the courtyard. The beach is vast, and in early August, there is no crowd. Right in front is the option of an empty beach, which is recommended if you bring your own umbrellas, and if you take lounge chairs, the market with cold drinks and fruit is just a step away. Services are available on both sides, but prices range from 10-15€ just for equipment, and sometimes consumption is included... up to 60€ mandatory consumption with restaurant offerings. The sea and sand/fraction are perfectly clean! We wish owner Andreas and his family all the best and hope they continue like this! 😊

A stunning location

Studios Dimitra Toroni is a place I wholeheartedly recommend! The apartments are immaculate and fully equipped, while the owner and his family are exceptionally friendly. A phenomenal beach lies just 50 meters away, and from the terrace, you can directly witness the sunset for which Toroni is renowned. There is secure parking available in the yard, and an excellently stocked shop is just 10 meters away. We will certainly return many more times!

An excellent accommodation near the beach, clean and tidy. The owner is very kind and helpful. We were with a small child, and a significant advantage was the proximity of the playground next to the beach (1 minute walk).

Although we allegedly paid for an apartment, we received a studio instead, as the bunk beds for children are situated right next to the kitchen elements.

We stayed in apartment no. 14, a five-bed unit that is very spacious, providing ample room for a family of five, where each child has their own bed. There are two terraces, both offering a side view of the sea, a large refrigerator, and a small stove with an oven, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is no cleaning supplies except for hand soap, but that is generally the case everywhere. The beach is nearby, parks for children are also close, the internet is satisfactory, and the store run by the same owner is well-stocked. Noise is only present when deliveries arrive, but it’s not excessive. The only downside is that there is no vacuum cleaner, but a broom can suffice. I would like to thank Mr. Andreas once again for stopping my 3.5-year-old runaway who was heading to the beach by himself. Mr. Andreas is very kind.

Accommodation in a superb location. We stayed in apartment 15, which is quite spacious and features a large terrace with a side view of the sea. It is regularly cleaned and well-maintained.

In July 2023, my family and I stayed in a four-person apartment on the first floor. The apartment was just as depicted in the photos, solid and without significant complaints, and the location was excellent, with a lovely beach right across from the accommodation. After four days, the bed linens and towels were replaced. However, a major drawback was the considerable noise in the apartments due to the nearby market, which attracted a large number of people, resulting in noise from 6 AM (workers, trucks, carts...) until late at night. We literally had to keep the terrace closed all night and turn on the air conditioning, as the noise made it impossible to sleep otherwise.

Next to the accommodation is his shop. Our warm recommendation. We hope to spend our summer vacation in Toroni at Dimitra Studios again next year.

A decent accommodation located in an excellent area, with a supermarket nearby owned by the same proprietor. A beautiful beach and a tranquil spot. The internet is dreadful; as I gathered, this is the case throughout Toroni, rendering it completely unusable. Therefore, I suggest purchasing a Cosmote or Vodafone SIM card with internet if that is important to you. In Toroni, you won't find any options, so consider getting one along the way, perhaps in Thessaloniki or Neos Marmaras. In the apartment, you only receive bed linens and towels, which you must change every four days, and the only chemical provided is hand soap, meaning you must buy everything else: shampoos, shower gels, dish detergent, etc. The stove is smaller and newer, but quite slow; it takes half an hour for the water to boil for coffee, so having a hot plate or induction cooker would not be a bad idea. All in all, the location of Toroni and the apartment is splendid, compensating for all its shortcomings.

Additionally, there is a small football field and a playground for children right across the street, while the basketball court is 100 meters from the accommodation. There is a great price-to-quality ratio. The owner, Andreas, is exceptionally kind and gifted us a bottle of wine upon our departure.

We have been vacationing in Turin for three years now. We stayed at Floweu - bungalows and at Asteris. This year, from July 1st to 11th, 2019, we vacationed at Dimitri on the first floor. The accommodation is excellent, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The hosts are kind and very accommodating.

We stayed at Villa Dimitra, a family of four with two children (a four-year-old and an eleven-month-old baby). We are extremely satisfied. The apartment is comfortable, functional, and clean. The beach is just across the street, excellent, and has everything you need for a peaceful family vacation! Parking is provided. Next door is a well-stocked market, and all amenities for children are nearby. The overall impression is excellent, and we would repeat our visit to Toroni and Villa Dimitra next year.

We stayed from June 18 to June 28, 2018, in the Dimitra studio apartment. My husband and I were accompanied by our three children (ages 12, 10, and 6). The apartment is spacious, featuring a bedroom, a kitchen with a bunk bed, and a sofa bed. It has two terraces, both offering a side view of the sea. The apartment is clean and equipped with an oven, which is fantastic because the store located beneath the apartment offers frozen drinks, cheese pies, and spinach, allowing me to prepare a delightful breakfast or dinner in just twenty minutes. The hosts are very accommodating. Upon our departure, we received a bottle of wine. During our stay, they changed the linens and towels every 5-6 days, but they did not clean the apartment. In the bathroom, there is a bucket with a mop and a broom, so you can clean up yourself if needed. The beach is located directly across from the apartment, complete with sun loungers and ample space for those who bring their own umbrellas. I appreciate this part of Toroni because it’s not crowded; to our left, it is much quieter, while to our right, there are more loungers and a larger crowd. The store is the best stocked in Toroni, so if you forget to buy something, you will find everything there. There is plenty of parking available, shaded by olive trees. A portion of the yard is paved, providing a play area for the children. However, there is also a football field, a playground for kids, and a two-row promenade right across, ensuring endless entertainment. There is an abundance of cutlery, plates, and cups, along with one large frying pan, one smaller, and one larger pot. That was the case in our apartment. The oven includes a rack and a baking tray. The refrigerator is large, with a spacious freezer on top. We used one terrace for drying laundry, while the other had a table with five chairs. The only downside was the noise from the air conditioning unit, but we didn’t spend much time on the terrace, only for breakfast and dinner.

After reading the positive reviews, I chose the apartment due to its favorable price-quality ratio and excellent location. The apartment is truly clean and situated in a perfect spot. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a holiday, including one large and one small pot, a frying pan, as well as plates for each guest, a kettle, an oven, and a large refrigerator. I found the beds to be small and uncomfortable. There is ample space for storing belongings and suitcases around the room. A significant drawback of the villa is the lack of hot water after 9 PM and almost until 10 AM. I did not expect that. Additionally, everything can be heard in the rooms, as if you are in a box; the insulation is poor. Since it is intended for families with small children, this can be inconvenient. I could hear every time the baby next door cried at night.

A phenomenal accommodation in an ideal location, with the beach just a minute's walk from the apartment, an exceptionally well-stocked store right next to the accommodation, secured parking, friendly staff, and a considerate owner who sent us off with a gift. The cleanliness is of a high standard, and the apartment is exceptionally well-equipped (large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, oven, spacious cabinets for storage). The proximity to a fish market, playgrounds for children, and taverns makes it all the more appealing. Overall, all conditions for a pleasant and carefree vacation are met.

We stayed in an apartment in September 2016, located above a shop (the apartments are larger than those in the neighboring building). Apartment 15 features a wonderful long terrace, a spacious kitchen with bunk beds, and a large bedroom with a huge double bed. The neighboring apartments also have a couch in the kitchen. An additional crib for children is also available. There is more than enough cookware. The apartment is clean, everything is new and well-organized. The location is excellent, situated above a well-equipped supermarket and a great tavern. A fun park is nearby, and the beach is just across the road. The bunk beds are suitable for older children; younger kids aged 4-5 might have trouble if they are not accustomed to sleeping in a bunk bed (like us) since the bottom bed has no guardrail, although there is a solution as the double bed is so large that everyone can sleep together. The apartment owners are very accommodating; if you need anything, just ask (we requested a towel replacement out of turn). We cleaned the apartment ourselves, just to note. The only thing we missed in the apartment were bedside lamps (for evening reading) next to the double bed, but that's really a minor detail. Toroni is a charming little place, the beach is excellent, the sea is clear, and Sithonia is beautiful. For lunch, we recommend Sakis Hotel at the entrance to Toroni, which offers excellent homemade cooked dishes (especially lamb).

I would definitely recommend these apartments to families with children. The apartment was spacious, clean, and furnished with good quality furniture. The truly large double bed allowed my husband, our two small children, and me to sleep comfortably, with two cribs provided for the little ones. The enormous terrace, equipped with a dining table and a relaxation area, offers a perfect spot for enjoyment. It is well-fenced, ensuring safety for small children. The WIFI signal in the apartment was excellent, which deserves commendation. The host and staff were very courteous and accommodating. The location of the accommodation is excellent for a family vacation, situated in the central part of the long beach. Within the house where the apartment is located, there is a large market, and in the neighboring house, there is a fantastic restaurant. Just a few steps away is a children's amusement park (the only one in that area), as well as a playground. Everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday is right here. The only thing I would improve is the shower cabin or at least a curtain in the bathroom, which shows that the tiles are of a more recent date, as well as the water pressure, which is weak, especially during the time when everyone is showering after returning from the beach.

We had a four-person apartment on the ground floor with a view of the sea (as seen in the first photographs). Since we traveled with two small children who are not yet ready for bunk beds, it was a bit inconvenient for us, but it was manageable. Our bedding was changed and cleaned twice during our ten-day stay, and everything necessary was provided. We had a wonderful time and the location was excellent. The only issue we encountered was that the terraces were completely connected, so we constantly found ourselves watching our neighbors during their meals; it would have been nice to have some sort of partition, but that was all. The owner was completely fair, never came by, and when we returned the keys, we accidentally broke a plate, but he did not charge us for it; we even received a bottle of wine.
