If you are seeking newer and more spacious apartments, in an excellent location, with a good balance of price and quality, Dimitra Studios in Toroni is the ideal choice for you. The property is just a few steps away from the magnificent beach. The apartments are 40 and 60 square meters in size, and the owners take exceptional care of hygiene. The accommodation can be a good choice for families with children and all those for whom the proximity to the beach is one of the more important factors in choosing accommodation. This accommodation has excellent guest reviews.
It is a newly built property, with very comfortable terraces. The accommodation is only 50m away from the organized beach (crossing the street), the first supermarket is located within the accommodation (the same owners run the market), while the first tavern is right next door.
The property consists of two buildings. The smallest apartments are quadruple and are 40m2 in size, there are nine of them in total. There are also slightly larger apartments (60m2) that can accommodate up to five people, one is only for four. Quadruple apartments have one double bed in the room that is entered immediately from the entrance, while in the other room where the kitchen is located, there are bunk beds. The five-bed apartments have the same layout, with the addition of a sofa in the room with bunk beds.
The apartments are located on the ground floor (three steps above ground level) and on the first floor. Some have a side view of the neighboring building, while others have a partial sea view.
All accommodation units have a TV (large apartments have two televisions), air conditioning, mosquito nets, separate terraces with a table and chairs for sitting, a clothesline, a fully equipped kitchen, a stove with two burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms are spacious, with a shower tub, without a curtain.
The villa also has a large yard with parking for all guests, a built-in barbecue, and seating sets.
The accommodation has 4 routers for wireless internet so there is internet signal in the rooms as well.
Towel and linen change is every three days of stay. The owner can provide a baby cot if needed.
You will reach the accommodation by driving along the main street by the sea to the Afroditi tavern, next to which you will immediately see Dimitra Studios.

An excellent location, just 30 seconds from the beach, with a supermarket in the courtyard. The accommodation is clean, new, and well-equipped, and the hosts are very friendly. Highly recommended.
