For reservations for period from 26.08.2025 to 30.09.2025, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Elea Home is located in the tourist town of Nea Vrasna, east of Thessaloniki, in Strimonikos Bay, not far from Stavros and Asprovalta in the region known as Saint George. This facility is located in a quiet area and is an ideal choice for families and friendly gatherings. The nearest sandy beach is 550 meters from the accommodation.
The facility includes one studio and apartments that are organized on one or two levels and are intended for a maximum of four adults.
The studio located in the basement is designed for a maximum of three adults and includes a sleeping room with a kitchen and a bathroom. It has one double bed and one bed for one person.
The apartment, intended for a maximum of three adults, is located in the basement and has a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while there is a single bed in the living room.
Two apartments, which have a living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, can host three or four adults depending on the unit. The apartment on the upper ground floor level has a double bed in one bedroom, while the second bedroom has a single bed. The first floor apartment has one double bed in each bedroom.
Two apartments with two bedrooms, which are structured on two levels, can accommodate a maximum of four adults. They have a living room with a kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. On the lower level, which is at the level of the upper ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a toilet. On the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor and is reached by internal stairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed.
Upon request, and within the price, a baby cot is also available to guests.
In these air-conditioned units, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, TV with satellite channels and a hairdryer. The studio and apartment on the ground floor have a kitchen with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a toaster. Apartments with two bedrooms also have a washing machine, a kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The studio and apartment in the basement do not have a balcony, but a direct exit to the common yard. All other units have their own private balcony equipped with a table and chairs, while maisonettes have an additional balcony.
Within this facility there is a beautiful and well-kept common yard with seating.
Pets are not allowed in this facility.
For reservations longer than ten nights, the cleaning of the accommodation as well as the change of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay. An optional cleaning service is available to guests for an additional fee.
For accommodation guests, in front of the facility, one parking space is provided for each accommodation unit.
Elea Home is 3 km from Asprovalta and Stavros, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 95 km from the accommodation.
