Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Luxurious Maisonette is located outside the town of Pefkohori, on the peninsula of Kassandra, known for its crystal clear sea and picturesque Mediterranean landscape. This modern and spacious accommodation offers the perfect ambiance for a relaxing summer vacation away from the crowds, at a distance of 550m from the nearest beach and about 2km from the town center.
The accommodation unit, structured as a two-level maisonette, can accommodate up to six adults and one child. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen, dining area, and toilet. The upper level, on the first floor, features two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa for one person, as well as a sofa for two.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes a smart TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine.
From the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating and lounge chairs, there is a panoramic view of the sea and the courtyard.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay. Upon request, and for an additional fee, a cleaning service is available.
One parking spot is provided for guests of the accommodation.
