Luka Apartments 2 is located in the central part of Polichrono. Despite the central location, one can enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as the Canteen by Nikos restaurant.
Luka Apartments 2 consists of 8 brand new and modern apartments, 2 studios (25 m2), 4 two-bedroom apartments (35 m2) and 2 three-bedroom apartments (40-45 m2). The apartments on the second floor have a sea view.
Each studio apartment has its own kitchen with complete utensils, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV with Serbian channels, and a large terrace. In each studio-apartment there is an extra bed (drawer). The windows have shutters and mosquito nets. The apartments have card interruptions. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen is changed every 5 days.
The complex has been completely renovated and all the furniture is new. It has a small yard.
Four-bed apartments (No. 2 and No. 3) are located on the ground floor, have one double bed (140 × 200 cm) in the bedroom and a corner set of two standard beds (90 × 200 cm) in the living room. One of the beds in the living room has a pull-out drawer (85 × 195 cm) that can be used as an extra bed. The apartments are about 35m2, with a separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and large terraces. The apartments have a huge terrace, ideal for families with small children. Maximum number of adults in the apartment is 5.
Five-bed apartment no. 4, (40 m2) has a view of the yard and is located on the first floor. It has one double bed in the bedroom (160 × 200 cm) and two single beds, one of which has a pull-out drawer that can be used as an extra bed in the other room. The apartment has a separate fully equipped kitchen with another standard bed with a pull-out drawer, as well as two air conditioners. It is ideal for two families who want to spend their summers together.
The four-bed apartment (No. 5) is located on the first floor, has one double bed (140 × 200 cm) in the bedroom and a corner set of two standard beds (90 × 200 cm) in the living room. One of the beds in the living room has a pull-out drawer (85 × 195) that can be used as an extra bed. The apartment has an area of about 35m2, with separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and large terrace. It is suitable for families with small children. Maximum number of adults in the apartment is 5.
Accommodation units are air conditioned, have an equipped kitchen with a small refrigerator, built-in flat plate with two induction hobs, aspirator, and necessary utensils, internet access, TV, bathrooms have showers and terraces are comfortable, with table and chairs.
Rest time is 15: 00-17: 00 and from midnight to 8:00.
The building was completely renovated in 2021, new PVC windows, electric mosquito blinds. All the furniture as well as the mattresses on the beds are new and the hygiene is at a high level.
Bed linen is changed every five days, and cleaning is daily. Guests can also clean the units themselves.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
