Hotel Description

Anthos House is located in Polichrono, less than 100m from the beach. It can host up to six people.

The supermarket is about 250m from the accommodation, while the first taverns can be found at a distance of about 50m.

The apartment has an area of 70 m2, is located on the first floor of the building and consists of two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen area. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a corner sofa suitable for two children. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

It is possible to get a cot on request and this service is not charged separately.

Apatment has a TV, internet, washing machine, air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom with a double bed) and a balcony with a side view of the sea.

During the stay, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation, and the exchange of towels and bed linen is possible only with an agreement and an additional fee.

One parking space is provided for accommodation guests, and parking is also possible in the public parking lot, which is about 100m away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
