Anna Apartments 2 is a comfortable accommodation located in the center of the charming and authentic traditional village of Agios Nikolaos. It has only two rental units, which gives guests a sense of privacy. The apartments are bright and comfortable, very functional and fully equipped.

Accommodation is located less than 100m from the center of the village, several supermarkets and a small square with taverns, pastry shops and pizzerias. The coast is about 2km away, and the famous and popular beach of Trani Ammouda is about 4km away.

It offers one apartment on the high ground floor (seven steps above the level of the yard), as well as one duplex apartment on the first floor. The apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed, and which includes a dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning, a large stove and refrigerator with freezer, and there is also a washing machine. In the separate bedroom there is a double bed and a TV set, and in the bathroom there is a small bathtub with a curtain. The small balcony is equipped with a seating area and a parasol, and the unit has mosquito nets. Duplex apartment upstairs consists of a living room with dining area and kitchen, and two separate bedrooms. In the living room there is a sofa bed, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with freezer and stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a washing machine, air conditioning and SMART TV, as well as access to the balcony. In one of the bedrooms there are two connected single beds, while in the other one there is a double bed as well as an exit to a very small balcony. The bathroom has a small bathtub with a curtain, and the apartment also has an iron and a vacuum cleaner. There are curtains and blinds - but no mosquito nets.

WiFi internet is available in the accommodation units, as well as a hairdryer. In agreement with the owners, small pets are allowed, and changing of bed linen and towels (as well as cleaning) is done after every fourth night.

The building does not have a landscaped yard, but has a private parking space for all the guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
