Aurora Apartment is located in the village of Nea Peramos, in the first row by the sandy beach. This luxuriously furnished apartment features three separate bedrooms, a veranda with direct sea view, and private parking.
The center and promenade are 300m away from the accommodation, while the nearest Masoutis market is at 200m. The beach is only 10m away.
This accommodation offers a ground floor apartment, with a capacity of up to four adults and four children, as well as a room, also on the ground floor, intended for the stay of two adults.
The 90m2 apartment consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is located within one of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, while the third one has bunk beds for children. The apartment also has a veranda with a seating area, providing views of the sea and the street.
The double room is equipped with a king-size queen bed and also has a veranda with a seating area where you can enjoy the views of the sea and the street.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
The apartment and room feature a smart TV, internet, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. In addition to air conditioning in all rooms, the apartment includes a washing machine and a kitchen with two hobs, a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Cooking more complex meals is prohibited. Both units have bathrooms with a shower.
Mid-stay cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.
The property has a landscaped courtyard overlooking the street.
Two parking spaces in the courtyard are provided for apartment guests. Guests staying in the room can park on the street in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding area.
