Accommodation description

The charming villa is located in the area of Sani, approximately 350m away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the western coast of Kassandra. It is close to the famous Simantro hotel, where the first and nearest shop and restaurant can be found. The villa can accommodate up to ten people and features a large and beautifully landscaped courtyard.

The house is ground-floor and consists of three bedrooms, one of which is located in a closed gallery. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a corner sofa and a sofa bed, a kitchen with a sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom. The closed gallery with a double bed is located in the attic. The house can accommodate eight adults and two children.

The villa is air-conditioned, equipped with a total of four air conditioning units. Guests have access to a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners, a large oven, and a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower curtain.

A baby cot can be provided upon request at no extra charge.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and for an additional fee.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, which can be provided for an additional fee.

Guests can relax on the covered veranda furnished with seating. The spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard offers guests a set of sun loungers that can be taken to the beach. A barbecue is also available to guests, upon prior request.

Parking is available in front of the accommodation, as there is no private parking.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
