Eirini Home is located in Siviri, a small place with a Mediterranean flavor that has all the facilities needed for a peaceful family vacation, on the west of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki and 200m away from the beach.
This accommodation, which is located on the high ground floor of the house, which is reached by six steps, is a two-bedroom apartment in its structure and can accommodate a maximum of six adults. It has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two beds for one person, and in the living room there are two sofas for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings viewing the yard on the furnished veranda.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, with an additional charge of 100€ per reservation and upon agreement with the owner.
For stays longer than seven days, the cleaning of accommodation units and the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every seventh day with a mandatory surcharge of 50€ per reservation, while for stays shorter than seven days this service is not provided.
No parking space is provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space near the accommodation, along the street.
Erini Home is 26km from the popular resort of Pefkochori, 22km from Hanioti, and 85km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
