Owners description
Alexander Villa is located in the second row to the beach, only 40m away from it, in Vourvourou, on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula. Vourvourou is unique in that it is near an archipelago of nine islands, the largest of which is Diaporos. In this sense, it offers something that no other place in Sithonia does - the opportunity to rent a boat and visit the island of Diaporos, swim in turquoise waters and enjoy the view of the blue lagoon.
This luxurious villa with a pool is divided into two levels and is designed to accommodate up to six people. On the first level, which is on the ground floor, there is a large living room, a kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms. On the second level, on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
Within this air-conditioned villa, guests have access to a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, a jacuzzi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a glass-ceramic hob with four hotplates, a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
Guests can enjoy an impressive and direct view of the blue sea and the island of Diaporos from the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with seating sets.
In the carefully maintained yard, with paved paths and neat lawns, guests have access to a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a gazebo with a barbecue and outdoor dining area, a sauna, as well as a covered area with exercise equipment.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation upon agreement with the owners and for an additional fee.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is done on a daily basis.
There is private parking space available for five cars.
The international airport in Thessaloniki is located 103km from Alexander Villa, while Nikiti is 15km away and Sarti is 30km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
