The accommodation was excellent; we stayed in a four-person apartment that was very nice and spacious, with a beautiful terrace offering a stunning view of the sea. The hostess welcomed and bid us farewell with kindness. The only drawback is that it is far from both beaches, but it wasn't a problem for us since we had a car. There was a bit of an uphill walk to the house, but it wasn't too bad. All in all, I would rate it 9/10.

The apartment with two bedrooms is exceptional, featuring a beautiful terrace, equipped with a large refrigerator, a stove with an oven, and a dining table. The only minor drawback is the limited amount of dishes and cups available in the apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The hosts are kind and eager to assist with any needs, while also remaining unobtrusive if you require nothing. It is the perfect choice for a vacation. During the 12-night stay, the linens and towels were changed three times.

The accommodation boasts, above all, a fantastic view of the sea and sunsets. We stayed in a four-person duplex, where the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellently arranged. Everything was clean and tidy. The owners paid attention to details we had not encountered before. They always ensured that we had a parking space. The only downside, for someone not accustomed to Neos Marmaras, might be the elevation where the accommodation is located, but we have been visiting Neos for the third consecutive year and are willing to drive to the beach and the center. Believe me, it is worth it.

The accommodation at Sofis house is exactly as described. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. It was clean, with a view worth a million dollars. There is a hill that is noticeable, but that is Marmaras. We encountered both gentler and steeper ascents. The location is excellent for exploring the beach. The hosts are wonderful, unobtrusive, and always available.

The accommodation is excellent, the hosts are kind and accommodating, and the location is perfect for exploring Sithonia with your own transport... simply fantastic. The sunset from the terrace of the double studio... never more beautiful. All praises to Nikana... we won't change you.

First and foremost, the relationship between price and quality. In Neos, you will not find accommodation that offers the advantages it does for the price at which it is rented. The accommodation is located about twenty meters from the main road, which is excellent for a quick exit from Marmaras. You can quickly reach both beaches by car, and you are also conveniently on the way to explore Sithonia. The center is nearby; you can walk there in five minutes. The return trip takes a bit longer due to the last 50 meters of a special incline, but you will eventually get used to it. There are two smaller shops 50 meters away, but due to the incline, it is recommended to drive to a larger two-story market located just over a hundred meters from the accommodation on the main road. One kilometer towards Toroni, there are two more larger stores for bigger shopping. The owners are unobtrusive but available if you need anything. We had a problem with our car, which we resolved thanks to the owner's recommendation. The accommodation features two separate rooms, both leading to the terrace. The beds are comfortable. On the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the entire town, the sea, and Cassandra. The sun only reaches the terrace after four, so you have natural shade in the morning. The terrace also has a large awning. The apartment is equipped with good mosquito nets, two air conditioners, a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator, and two wardrobes. The kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped with utensils, but it has all the essentials you need. The refrigerator has a large freezing compartment. A minor downside is that ants may appear on the kitchen floor if anything falls. You can resolve this issue by cleaning the kitchen daily. Towels and bed linens are changed every five days. Additionally, the apartment is cleaned on the fifth day. In the end, we returned with positive impressions regarding both the accommodation and Neos Marmaras.

The location is excellent for those using their own transportation to explore the beach. It is peaceful, tidy, and clean, with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking view from the terrace. The owners are friendly, always available, and eager to assist. The wifi is excellent. The distance to the city center is just 5 minutes.

We are very satisfied with our accommodation at Sofis House. It is exceptionally clean, the room is comfortable for a family of three, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the private terrace offers a stunning view of the sea. Parking right in front of the house is always available. What was particularly important to us was that the house is close to the main road, as we visited new beaches in the surrounding areas every day. Additionally, the house is situated in such a way that it is always peaceful, without crowds and noise, and in just 5 minutes of walking, you can reach the center or a minute by car. The landlady is very kind and unobtrusive :)

Although it is just 100 meters from the main road connecting Nikiti and Toroni, the noise from traffic is negligible. A significant advantage is that all beaches are easily accessible for those arriving by car. There is no crowding or noise from the city center. The view from the apartment itself is extraordinary, offering the chance to observe the most stunning sunsets. The apartment we stayed in is spacious and comfortable, featuring two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven, as well as a combined refrigerator. The terrace is very nice and spacious, complete with a clothesline. The bathroom is comfortable and clean. The apartment has two air conditioners included in the price (at least that was included in our arrangement). The cleanliness of the property is at a commendable level. Bed linens and complete cleaning of the property are done on the fifth day.

The most gracious hosts I have encountered in Greece, surpassing all others. A view worth a hundred meters uphill. Paradisos, the sea, and Kasandara are visible even from the bed. We stayed in a four-person apartment, fully equipped, with two televisions, a kitchen featuring a large refrigerator, a spacious stove, and all necessary utensils. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent Wi-Fi (not mentioned in the villa description), a retractable awning on a large terrace, and ample space for secure parking, as the villa is partially situated on a plateau rather than solely on a slope, which is the impression one might get from the pictures. The owner's olive grove separates the villa from the main road, resulting in less traffic noise than in Paradisos itself, which is as distant from the villa as the center of Neosa. An excellent location. There is no traditional yard, but there is a terrace with several tables at the entrance to the apartment. The best price-to-quality ratio. This is accommodation we wish to revisit in the future. Excellent 5!
