Hotel Description

Sofis House was built near the entrance to Neos Marmaras, and the view from this house is worth climbing the hill on which it is located. Pretty affordable, but decent, this clean and functional accommodation is equipped with all the necessary elements for a shorter or longer stay.

The beach Paradisos is about a kilometer away, while the city beach is about half a kilometer futher. Smile Supermarket can be found at 150m and a bakery at 200m from the accommodation. The city center, many facilities and a rich offer of the resort are 500 km away.

Sofis House has five accommodation units, two double rooms, two triple apartments with the possibility of adding an extra bed, and a quadruple apartment.

Double studios are located on the second floor, they have two connected single beds, TV and air conditioning, kitchen equipped with stove and fridge with small freezer compartment, bathroom with shower tray and curtains, covered balcony with a seating set and a lundry dryer, and a wonderful view.

On the ground floor and on the first floor there are triple apartments (two in total). These apartments consist of a bedroom with large windows with a view, a double and single bed, with TV and air conditioning, as well as the possibility of adding an additional single bed, without extra charge. In addition, there is a room with a kitchenette equipped with stove and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom is with shower tray and curtain, and the balcony is covered with awning and equipped with a seating set and a laundry dryer.

The quadruple apartment has an entrance on the ground floor, but due to the specificity and inclination of the terrain, the balcony is on the first floor. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a room with two armchairs, air conditioning and a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer and a large stove. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and TV, while in the other two single beds, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower tray. The balcony is large, with sea view and it is equipped with a seating area and a laundry dryer.

In all accommodation units, there is a good WiFi signal, as well as the mosquito nests on the windows. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done 2-3 times during the stay, depending on the length of vacation.

The accommodation has a very small garden, there are several sitting sets in front, two barbecues, and a faucet. On the roof of the building, there is a terrace that guests can also use. Within the accommodation, there is a space for 2-3 cars, but you can park the car behind the house where there is enough space for safe parking.

The building is located at about 100 meters after you turn right from the main road at the first entrance to Neos Marmaras, from the direction of Nikiti.

We would recommend Sofis House to guests arriving by car, who want affordable but functional, decent and tidy accommodation.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.
