A holiday in Villa Theodora, one of the best hotels in Fanari Rodopi is exactly what we dream of. It is only 50m far from the beach. A place full of Greece, with a history that begins from the years of Orpheus and Democritus, a coast awarded with Blue Flag, with rich natural beauty of wetlands and options for entertainment, dining and recreation.
In the picturesque port of the village, Villa Theodora offers a cozy place to stay. It has 18 rooms equipped with TV, telephone, separate bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning and balcony. Some rooms have the kitchen, while the others don't. On the ground floor you can enjoy a snack, a coffee or a drink overlooking the Aegean Sea. Villa doesn't have the private parking, but you can park around the accommodation.
Villa Theodora is the ideal place for excursions and takeoff to know Greece better.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
