Theodora Villa is located in the center of the village of Fanari, not far from the beach. This accommodation offers rooms with a view of the sea and the street, perfect for families and couples.
The property is situated in the very heart of the village, with a market located 700m away from the accommodation.
The beach is just 140m away.
The Villa features 18 accommodation units, including: two single rooms, twelve double rooms, two triple rooms, and two quadruple rooms. The rooms are located on the first and second floors of the building.
The single rooms are situated on the ground floor, equipped with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. They have a small balcony with a view of the courtyard and the street.
The double rooms, eight of which are located on the first floor and four on the second floor in the attic, include a double bed/two single beds, a kitchenette (in five rooms), and a bathroom with a shower. The rooms have balconies with views of the sea, street, and courtyard (two of which are in the attic).
The triple rooms, located on the first floor, feature a double bed, a single bed/folding armchair, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The balconies offer views of the sea and seating areas.
The quadruple rooms on the first floor consist of a double bed, two single beds, a kitchenette (in one room), and a bathroom with a shower. The balconies provide views of the sea and the street.
Guests have access to WiFi, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, a standard refrigerator, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with two burners, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker (in triple, quadruple, and double rooms). Upon request, a baby cot is available.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and linens are changed every three days.
The property includes a beautifully landscaped courtyard with seating area and a shared barbecue.
There is no private parking, but free parking spaces can easily be found along the street where the accommodation is located.

This Rhodope coastal village, which has a large tourist traffic every summer, thanks to the reputation of a wonderful, sandy beach with crystal clear sea, is 32 km from Komotini, 38 km from Xanthi and 235 km from Thessaloniki.
It can be an ideal base for day trips to the picturesque neighboring village of Arogi or to the resort of Porto Lagos.
One of the main features of the landscape in Fanari is the existence of the Xirolimni lagoon directly opposite the famous Fanari beach: the strip that separates it from the sea is only 100m wide.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
