Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description
Armonia Petra House is located in Kavala, the second largest city in northern Greece, and one of the most picturesque cities in the whole of Greece, 800m away from Kalamitsa beach.
The apartment, which is located on the ground floor of a house built in cascade (there is an entrance from the ground floor, from the basement, and from the first floor), has two bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of six adults. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom, there are two beds for one person, while in the living room, there are two sofas for one person.
Within this air-conditioned apartment, in which the air conditioner is located in the living room and each bedroom, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a hairdryer.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the sea and the "white city", as Kavala is also called, on the balcony equipped with a table and chairs.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available, as well as the stay of pets.
The apartment is cleaned every four days during the stay, while the bed linen and towels are changed every fifth day.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Armonia Petra House is at a distance of 170 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki, and from the port of Keramoti, from which ferries depart to the island of Thassos, it is only 50 km away.
