Hotel Description

Guitar Apartment (30m2) is the accommodation in Nea Peramos. The apartment is about 500m from the city center, 50m from the sea and it has a separate bedroom with one double and a single bed, TV (without satellite channels) and A/C. One auxiliary bed can be added, but space became smaller. Also, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with a folding sofa bed and a bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a beautiful balcony with a side sea view. Bed linen and towels are replaced every four days. There’s no internet reception.

The apartment is comfortable for two people, even though it has three beds. I am satisfied and might return next year. I highly recommend this apartment.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
