Accommodation description
The Guitar apartment (30m2) is an accommodation in Nea Peramos. It is located approximately 500m from the city center, 50m from the sea, and features a separate bedroom with one double and one single bed. If needed, an extra bed can be added, but this significantly reduces the space available.
The apartment includes a TV (without satellite channels) and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. There is no internet available.
Situated on the ground floor, the apartment boasts a beautiful terrace with a side sea view.
Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay (for reservations longer than 7 nights), while guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment (necessary equipment and supplies are provided).
Parking is available on the street.

The stadium is located in a wonderful place. The main street is close, but it isn’t right next to the forest. The owner is capable of being kind.

The apartment is comfortable for two people, even though it has three beds. I am satisfied and might return next year. I highly recommend this apartment.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
