Our description

Katerina Studios is the accommodation in Nea Iraklitsa, next to the beach. It offers modernly decorated studios and apartments, some of them with a sea view. The guests can use free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.

The accommodation consists of three buildings, one next to another. It was partly renovated in 2018 and offers six triple studios, two rooms and 13 apartments.

The first building has three Luxurious Full Sea View Family Suites and it's located on the walking street, next to the beach. On the ground floor of this building, there's also a reception.

The second building has four Economy Garden View Family Apartments, it's behind the first building and has no sea view.

The third building is closest to the street and it's separated with a small road from the other two. This building has six studios, two rooms, three Luxurious Marina Sea View Family Apartments and three Luxurious Panoramic Sea View Family Apartments. Apartments have 38-40m2. Double rooms are situated on the ground floor and have a mini-bar only, not a kitchen. Studios have equipped kitchen and each floor of the building has two studios. These eight accommodation units are completely renovated in 2018.

Luxurious Full Sea View Family Suites #1 Silver, #2 Gold and #3 Lila have one double and two single beds. The bathroom has a shower cabin and kitchen has a stove, microwave and small fridge. The smallest apartment is Lila and it's the only apartment that has double, single and one drawer bed. Balconies are spacious and have a sea view.

Economy Garden View Family Apartments have two single beds and a folding chair in the bedroom, one double bed in a living room with a kitchen (mini-stove with oven and fridge) and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Two of those apartments are on the high ground floor and two on the second floor. Balconies are overlooking garden and houses around. These are the only accommodation units without mosquito nets (they have electric device against mosquitos). These apartments are partially renovated for the season 2020.

Luxurious Marina Sea View Family Apartments are on the first floor and have a side sea and port view. There's a double bed in the bedroom, a single bed with a drawer bed in the living room with a kitchen (mini-stove with oven and fridge) and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

Luxurious Panoramic Sea View Family Apartments are on the second floor and have one double bed in bedroom, a single bed with a drawer bed in the living room with a kitchen (mini-stove with oven and fridge) and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen, is provided every second day.

A hairdryer can be taken from the owner if needed.

Within the accommodation, there is a private parking lot subject to availability due to the limited number of spaces (for five to six cars). Public parking is nearby and it's charged. You can also park around the house if you find a spot on the street.

Guests can use the outdoor seating area next to the beach, as well as umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach (free of charge).

Accommodation Katerina Studios is located on the beach, along the promenade and consists of three buildings built in a row behind one another. It was built in 1998 and partly renovated for season 2018.

Type 1, Luxurious Full Sea View Family Suite (fully renovated) is 10m from the beach. It has brand new king size double bed (180X200cm), with 27cm mattress with latex, brand new furniture and lighting and 32'' flat screen TV in the bedroom, two single brand new full beds (27cm mattress with latex) in the sitting room, new dining set, new fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom.

Type 2, first-floor Luxurious Marina Sea View Family Apartment and second-floor Luxurious Panoramic Sea View Family Apartment are 40m from the beach. They have brand new king size double bed (180X200cm), with 27cm mattress with latex, brand new furniture and lighting, brand new single bed with pop up mechanism of a second single bed in the sitting room (two single beds), new dining set, 32'' flat screen TV and a brand new bathroom.

Type 3, Economy Garden View Family Apartment, with two single beds in the bedroom, a double bed in the open space and a fully equipped kitchen with dining set. The bathroom is fully renovated. There are air conditioning, 32'' flat screen TV, WiFi internet and a balcony. These units are not renovated.

For three persons, there is a ground floor, first and the second floor fully renovated triple suites with one king size double bed (1,80x2,00m), one single bed, a fully equipped new kitchen, wardrobe and boudoir, bathroom and balconies or large verandas with dining or sitting area. There are also, two brand new ground floor double for two persons +1. suites with one king-size double bed, wardrobe and boudoir, mini-fridge, bathroom and balconies with dining area. Air conditioning, WiFi internet and 32'' flat screen TV are standard amenities.

Type 2 luxurious family apartments and triple studios are in the same building.

Cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

Within the accommodation, there is a private parking lot subject to availability due to the limited number of places (for five to six cars), but guests do not have to worry about that, because there is plenty of free parking spaces nearby or next to the road. Also, just 80m from the accommodation there is public parking for which you have to pay. In the courtyard, there's a barbecue.

All guests are free to use the deck chairs and umbrellas on the beach in front of the accommodation.
