Katerina Studios is an accommodation located on the beach in the village of Nea Iraklica. It offers modernly designed studios and apartments, some of which have a sea view. Guests of this accommodation have at their disposal free sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach.
The accommodation consists of three buildings located next to each other. Part of it was renovated in 2018 and offers six triple studios, two rooms, and 13 apartments.
The first building, where three apartments of the type 4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Luxurious, Full Sea View are located, is on the promenade. The reception is also located on the ground floor.
The second building, where four apartments of the type 4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Economy, Garden View are located, is right behind the first one and does not have a sea view.
The third building is closest to the street and is separated from the previous two by a lightly trafficked street. It contains six studios, two rooms, three apartments of the type 4 Bed Apartment (4+1), First Floor, Sea View, and three apartments of the type 4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Second Floor, Sea View. The apartments range in size from 38-40m2. Double rooms are located on the ground floor and instead of a kitchen, they have a minibar. The studios have a fully equipped kitchen and are located on the ground floor, first, and second floor, two on each floor.
The apartments of the type 4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Luxurious, Full Sea View - #1 Silver, #2 Gold, and #3 Lila have one double and two single beds, a shower cabin in the bathroom, and a kitchen with a cooker, microwave, and a small fridge. The smallest of these three apartments is Lila, which has one single bed and a drawer bed instead of two single beds. The terraces are spacious and overlook the sea and the promenade.
The apartments of the type 4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Economy, Garden View have two single beds and a sofa bed in the bedroom, one double bed in the living room with a kitchen (mini stove with oven and fridge), and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The living room and bedroom are separated by a partition wall and a door. Two apartments are located on the high ground floor and two on the first floor, with terraces overlooking the courtyard and surrounding houses. These units are the only ones without mosquito nets, but a mosquito repellent device is available. These apartments have been partially renovated for the 2020 season.
The apartments of the type 5 Bed Apartment, First Floor, Sea View are located on the first floor and have a partial view of the sea and the port. There is one double bed in the bedroom, a single bed and a drawer bed and one more single bed in the living room, and a kitchen equipped with a mini stove with oven and fridge. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
The apartments of the type 5 Bed Apartment, Second Floor, Sea View are located on the second floor and have one double bed in the bedroom, a single bed and a drawer bed and one more single bed in the living room with a kitchen (mini stove with oven and fridge), and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every two days.
If needed, you can get a hairdryer from the owner.
The accommodation offers private parking for 4-5 cars only, and parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. There is a public parking nearby that is chargeable. Parking is also possible on the surrounding streets.
Guests have access to a seating area next to the beach, as well as umbrellas and sun loungers that they can take and use on the beach.

The landlady is kind and dedicated, and the cleaning staff frequently tidied the room and maintained hygiene. The proximity to the sea and the beach is an added advantage.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
