The landlady is kind and dedicated, and the cleaning staff frequently tidied the room and maintained hygiene. The proximity to the sea and the beach is an added advantage.

An excellent location, with a friendly and eloquent owner always ready to assist with any problems or provide advice. The place itself is beautiful, with everything at your fingertips: a large supermarket, restaurants, and a market. It is just a ten-minute drive from Nea Peramos on one side and ten minutes to Kavala on the other.

Accommodation near the beach, cleanliness at a high standard, comfortable beds. The accommodation lacks inventory; for the four of us, we had only one glass, no plates, and the coffee mug was mismatched. The cutlery was incomplete. The overall impression is that the price is too high for what is offered.

The accommodation is satisfactory, with clean rooms and modern, new furniture, located near the beach.

Everything suited us perfectly. We were in the front row, allowing us to witness the sunrise every morning. As for the kitchen, it had everything we needed. There were curtains, drapes, blinds, and mosquito nets. The rooms were cleaned every two days, and we received toiletries as well. The internet was excellent. The air conditioning was also great. You take the sun loungers and umbrellas yourself; there are plenty available, but you must wake up early to secure a spot that will be yours for the entire day. Later on, there are no available places. The only downside is that parking is not provided; they showed us where parking is allowed and free, but it gets very crowded, making it difficult to find a spot, so we ended up paying for parking at 2 euros per day, which is close to the accommodation.

An excellent location and quality accommodation. A significant drawback is the lack of hot water in the morning and evening, available only during the day. If it’s cloudy, there’s no hot water even during the day. When we asked why this was the case, the young man at the reception told us he would let us know, but by the end of our stay, no one had responded. It would have been better if they had simply said there was none, rather than pretending otherwise.

Everything is excellent regarding the accommodation's amenities. Comfortable beds, a great kitchenette, and a spacious terrace... Perhaps a suggestion would be to add some dark curtains to the balcony doors, as the light can be quite bright early in the morning 😂, and maybe a few more beach umbrellas would be beneficial.

The overall impression is excellent; everything is impeccably clean, hygiene is prioritized, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The location is great. The drawbacks include the lack of internet access in all areas, with a weak signal in certain parts of the apartment. The kitchen should be better equipped for the price, and an additional parking space would be beneficial. Nonetheless, overall, it is satisfactory.

The accommodation can be assessed based on the photographs and information from the website. The only incorrect conclusion that can be drawn, as happened to us, is that the sunbeds are free like those in beach bars, as depicted in the photos.

Everything was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the seating area in front of the accommodation, which is shaded all day long and only 20 meters from the sea.

Excellent service, cleanliness of the accommodation, friendly staff and locals, phenomenal food in nearby restaurants. Nea Iraklija is a beautiful and well-kept place, with an outstanding beach and sea.

We are currently staying at Katerina Studios and we are very satisfied. I heard about Nea Iraklitsa on the website nikana.gr, as I had planned to vacation on Thassos again through them, but I changed my mind after discovering the Kavala region. The little town is adorable, somehow soulful, and it is more beautiful in person than in all the pictures, videos, and maps. Katerina Studios are located on the promenade by the beach, right next to the beautiful marina, the water is clean and warm (except in front of our apartment where there is some grass, but 10m to the left is already clean). The place is a paradise for families with children and retirees, so you will see such a scene here even now in July, in the peak of the season. Therefore, it is not really for those seeking nightlife. There are mostly Greeks, Bulgarians, and a few of us (but not too many) and Turks. The reason it is ideal for younger children is the warm water and shallow areas even several tens of meters from the shore. Also, although it is peak season, the beach is not overcrowded; there are people, but you will easily find a sunbed at any time of the day. Next to the marina, there is a small hill with pine shade and a small Greek chapel from which you can see Nea Iraklitsa on one side, and on the other side of the hill, there is a small beautiful beach with a fish restaurant in Greek style, with checkered tablecloths, under the pines, where you can sit in the evening without music and listen to the waves. Although small, the place has a well-maintained promenade with two nice playgrounds for children in a small square where the church is located, whose bells you will hear throughout the day. There is another lovely little church, on the other side of the main road, right next to the well-stocked Masutis supermarket, and a few hundred meters further there is also a Lidl. So, it is a small, quiet place with character, close to wonderful Kavala, and it has everything needed for a lovely family vacation. The apartments themselves are nice; ours is in the third building out of a total of three, the first two are in the same courtyard by the beach, and this one is separated by a narrow street. Although it is the third, it is raised a few steps compared to the other two (this is the one in the pictures with the studio name, and the most beautiful one at that). We received an apartment on the second floor that has a wonderful view over the first two buildings to the sea and the marina. It is clean, the furniture is well-maintained, towel replacement and cleaning occur every three days, it is air-conditioned, and the hostess is very kind. In front of the beach, you have free sunbeds, or you can sit at the tables in the shade, like in a café, even though they don’t have a café. You have cafés right next door, with sunbeds that you will get with your drinks. My warm recommendation for both the accommodation and Nea Iraklitsa!
