Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

This complex consists of ten accommodation units, spread across two buildings, and adapted to different guest needs.
Three studios, ideal for up to two adults, provide a cozy stay and include a space with two joined single beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Two studios are located on the first floor of one building, while the third is on the ground floor of the other building.
Two apartments, accommodating up to three people, consist of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, a bedroom with two joined single beds, and a bathroom. One apartment is on the first floor, and the other is on the ground floor of the second building.
Three spacious apartments, suitable for up to four people, offer comfort and functionality with a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features two joined single beds, while the living room has two single sofa beds. These apartments are located on the ground floor and the second floor of the same building.
The two largest apartments, accommodating up to five people, are situated on the ground floor of each building and offer spaciousness and comfort. They consist of a living room with two single sofa beds, a kitchen, a bedroom with three single beds, and a bathroom.
A baby crib is available upon request at no extra charge.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning in both the living rooms and bedrooms of the apartments, free WiFi, a TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchens are practically equipped with a stove with two burners and a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.
In the beautifully arranged courtyard, which is paved and enriched with greenery, guests can relax on the seating area. The balconies offer a stunning view of the courtyard and the mountains, creating a perfect setting for peaceful moments and enjoyment in nature.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Housekeeping is done every three days, including a change of bed linen and towels.
